Why did you choose this product over others?:This is a review of "Home Vista Knife Set with Cup Holder, 6 Pcs Kitchen Knife Sets with Block 4 Sharp Stainless Steel Knives, Scissors & Storage Block – Chopping & Slicing Professional Chef Cooking Knives Set (Cream)"I primarily choose this particular set of knives as I thought that it looked very stylish in the green colour, and would look well on my kitchen worktop.  That said, I actually received the Cream coloured set (I must not have been paying enough attention to the options available).  It still looks nice albeit perhaps not quite as impactful as the green.The knives (and cleaver) have a cream plastic coating - this doesn't seem to affect the sharpness, there are very sharp out of the box, although I suspect this will have a negative impact on appearance over the longer term, as the coating is damaged due to everyday use - and sharpening.   I've only been using them a couple of days so they still look like new.I would personally have preferred another knife instead of the cleaver, but others will no doubt appreciate its inclusion.For less than 19 quid (at time of this review), this is a good looking set for the kitchen, of decent enough quality, certainly on a par with other knife sets in this lower price range.Note: As a member of the Vine program I was supplied with this item free of charge. What can I say? This knife set is so beautiful & the colourway is just special. This is exactly what I'd been waiting for and I'm so pleased with them.These knives are really sharp! They're great for cutting meat, fruit, preparing vegetables and the addition of the scissors is just what I wan and I love the feel of the handles. The whole set feels really durable and it saves me so much space. The knives aren't too heavy for me and they're already proving very useful.At £18.99, these are such a bargain and I highly recommend them.
