This is a nice piece of equipment to have in the arsenal. I have a very low carb diet, so I make my own burgers and most sausages are off the menu, due to the addition of cereals and fillers, so I welcomed the opportunity to make my own from scratch and promptly ordered some sausage casings and bought a large port shoulder joint for the task.The process is quite daunting for someone who has only ever minced meat with a vintage hand-cranked device and never made sausages before, but it was easier than I imagined (with some tips from the internet).The mincer functions really well and produces consistent texture.Filling sausage casings does take some practice, but I did manage to get a rhythm going & ended up with lots to freeze. The machine itself doesn't come with much in the way of instructions for using these sausage & kubbe attachments - the latter especially, as I don't really know what these should look like or what technique's required. A recipe and full instruction booklet would've been a nice addition.The plastic and steel accessories can go into the dishwasher, but the aluminium pieces can't. This does mean that I wouldn't be pulling this out regularly for small batches, but will definitely use it for batch sessions and freeze supplies.For what it does, it's pretty decently priced at £47.99 with an applied voucher

i found this easy to both use and clean, it is a perfect size, not too big, not to small, it stays firmly in place while using and has a selection of blades/plates so you can grind meat to different textures ie fine, coarse etc it is really powerful making grinding quick and easy, you can make sausages as well, i have yet to try this

I am impressed by this small mincer machine. It processes chicken very quickly and without any problems. It is compact and easy to store or place on the countertop. There are 4 suction cup feet on the bottom to prevent slipping. It is also very easy to clean. It is very cost-effective, and I highly recommend this product.

This mincer works very well and produces a decent grind for burgers and doner meat, however it's a bit of a pain to clean all the separate pieces afterwards but thankfully we have a dishwasher that helps.I would certainly use this for large amounts of minced meat but when using it for maybe 2 burgers I feel the clean up is putting me off.4**** though as it works well

The media could not be loaded. The Electric meat grinder arrived perfectly boxed up containing all the required parts and was so easy to assemble and set up. The quality of it is amazing and is so easy to use. Once set up and switched on, I just simply needed to feed the meat through the aluminium head then use the food pusher to push it down with resulting in the meat becoming grinded in a matter of seconds. The meat grinder certainly packs a punch as its really powerful. You also get various cutting plates with it giving you the option of having the meat really fine or course along with 3 separate attachments to make sausage meat. It also has a reverse option too incase any meat gets jammed in the head to be able to release it. The meat grinder also has the added bonus of having 4 x suckers on the base of it to prevent it from moving or being able to accidentally knock it over for safety reasons when in use. This is such a robust and sturdy piece of kitchen equipment that is so effective and effortless to use along with being such a neat size too. Its also really simple to disassemble it and clean afterwards use due to all the parts on it being removable that's also dishwasher safe.
