Great value for money. Kids love this. It really does work and the rockets go up a great height. Make sure to launch them on an open space so don’t land on your roof.

Item received in good condition in a branded box. The rocket launcher we got for my nephew who is 8 years old and he loves this. The web air pump with the 4 spider rockets keep him and his mates occupied when there all together. This would be an ideal gift for anyone 5-12 years of age. They jump on to the air pump which then fires the spider rockets. Great fun for the kids.The more pressure the kids can jump on the pump, will determine how high the rockets go into the air. My nephew and his mates have had it around 10-12m so it does go a good height. For any younger kids they would need to jump on the air pump with both feet to get it to a height as it requires pressure to fire the rockets. The set is well made and it has had a lot of jumping on the air pump and it’s still in working order.This is a great idea for the kids to have in the garden which keeps them occupied and their mates.

The moment I tipped the bits out of the box my eldest was already rummaging about, eyes fixed on the garish reds and blues and that cartoon spider logo. I had not even finished snapping the four legs onto the stand when he pinched a rocket to admire the foam nose. You receive four of those rockets, a sturdy red air bladder covered in a web pattern, a bendy hose painted with a row of skyscrapers, and a stand whose angle you can alter with a thumb screw.How high it flies all comes down to how hard the children can stamp. My eight-year-old, fuelled by an afternoon biscuit, manages to send one ten metres or so, comfortably clearing the neighbour’s hawthorn hedge and giving their cats an unscheduled workout. The five-year-old needs to leap with both feet or rope me in for an extra press, and even then his rockets peak at roughly half that height. They are a shade heavier than the foam jobs you find in bargain shops, so smaller legs will notice the difference.To its credit the set feels tough. It has taken doormat, lawn and patio in its stride, and even shrugged off the Labrador who blundered through mid-launch. The decorative cloth “web” looks good in the publicity shots but mostly flops about and has already migrated to the bottom of the toy chest.If you fancy a toy that lets you natter about angles and velocity while the children burn off energy, this is a decent choice. It is cheerful, hard-wearing and, on a sunny afternoon, worth every penny.

I got this rocket launcher for my son’s 5th birthday, and it immediately became the centre of attention. All the kids at the party took turns launching the rockets, and even the youngest ones, around 3 years old, managed to play on their own without any help. What really caught my eye was the unique spider-like base — the boys started pretending they were superheroes, and the imagination just took off from there.It didn’t take long for the children to figure out that the harder they stepped, the higher the rocket would go. They were completely fascinated by it. The fun didn’t stop with the party either — for the next few days my son invited the neighbour’s kids over, and they kept playing with it in the yard.I was also pleasantly surprised by the build quality. The plastic feels strong enough to handle rough play, and although the rockets shoot up impressively high, they land softly, so there’s no real risk of injury. You do need to step accurately on the pump, so it’s great for coordination as well.The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s best to use it in a sheltered spot if it’s windy, otherwise the rockets might fly off too far. But all in all, this turned out to be a brilliant toy — fun, active, and with a bit of learning in the mix. Most importantly, it brought a lot of happiness to the children, and that’s what really matters.

I got this for the great grandkids. It's nice to have a toy that doesn't depend on batteries or recharging something to operate. The toy is basically a step in launcher and four rocket darts. These are foam so safe for smaller kids. The game kept them happily occupied for hours and was under £16. Fabulous!
