I love this machine. It is as pictured, and it is good and sturdy.I am a female aged 70. I use to do a lot of sport and walking. I am now slowing down but want to keep fit. The things they say this machine is good for ie. Promotes fat reduction, improves circulation, helps with balance, reduces muscle soreness, and helps tone your body efficiently, are all the things I require.This machine shakes my body right up to my face. It gives my legs, stomach and bum a good shake and wobble which I think will help to reduce the fat and tone my muscles. I take it steady when getting off but I do feel it is making a difference very quickly. Love it.

It's on the heavier side and so slightly awkward to put away after use etc but on the other hand it feels sturdy and easy to do a workout on it such as squats . Although the packaging it came in was really good there were scratches at either rend of the plate, presumably happened before packing 🤷🏻♀️. I haven't quibbled it though as the machine works really well and so the scratches were of no importance to me.All the programs and settings are really easy to use and the higher the speed the .ore you can feel it up your entire body. I have no idea if it will help with weight loss, it seems unlikely! So far it seems to have helped with my digestion, muscle relaxing and toning.

Such a wonderful product! It comes with a remote control and attachable arm workout bands. It isn't too big, so saves on space and is very good quality. It has many features on it which makes it great for exercise purposes and lymphatic drainage. Super functional and definitely worth the price!

Bought as a gift and has been used daily since, very good, sturdy and makes a difference. Lots of different settings / speed combinations... the handles (for extra pull ups) are "ok" but the plate itself is very good. Really (genuine buyer comment here, not sponsored) feels like it is making a difference. 10 mins a few times a day in front of the TV, few squats on it too, really are good.
