This has been a very good purchase for me. The litter box is spacious and the open-top design makes it feel safe and easy for my cat to use. Quiet, convenient, and a huge time saver
I’ve been genuinely impressed with the KITPLUS Automatic Cat Litter Box. Very high-quality! Seems like sturdy too. The self-cleaning function works reliably and has made daily maintenance almost effortless, which is a huge improvement over traditional litter trays. I shot a video in action; however, I couldn't manage to upload it to my computer. My aunt is 75 years old, and this item going to change her life. It runs very quietly, so it doesn’t disturb the household or scare my cat, and the open-top design made the transition easy as my cat felt comfortable using it straight away. The waste compartment is a good size and doesn’t need constant emptying, while the app control is a surprisingly useful feature for monitoring usage and managing cleaning cycles remotely. Overall, it’s a practical, well-designed upgrade that saves time, reduces odours, and keeps the litter area consistently clean.

Great litter box for my 4-5kg cats! It’s roomy enough for her to move around comfortably, easy to clean. High sides work really well to contain litter. Very happy with this purchase!

Actually not bad. Cat loved it which I find a bit strange since they are more used to close lid cat litter tray. Very convenient with almost no oder as well.Software could have been a bit better. So far we noticed small issue of registering same product on both phone doesn’t work.Overall I think deserves 5 star since the real user is happy :).

Surprising works great!
We moved our kitties from Orlando to london a few days ago, and given we have to keep them in the house for a few weeks after that ordeal, we thought we’d try this litter box. We were very hopeful but also skeptical as they’d never used such a device..Once all set up, I put them both in it to show them where the litter was, they jumped right out of it, but 15 mins later, my girl used it, followed by my little boy. Let me tell you, they LOVE it! They get to have a fresh litter every time they use it, no smell for us, spacious enough for a big cat (5.9kgs). We went on a long day out , came back, no smell and clean litter, I knew they used it because I found sand on the mat that comes with it , and the floor (when they step out of it) . It works great. It loses a star only because it started making a slight squeaky noise when it turns to clean , and it does use a lot of sand, but totally WORTH it! Great value for money ! It’s also reasonable in space , fits nicely in a corner without looking too bulky … and NO SMELL! We love it too 🐈🙌🏼

Impressed with the operation and ease of setup. Product works as advertised apart from as previously mentioned the app cannot be setup on more than one phone using the Tuya app. A workaround to this would be to be to use the SmartLife app and then this works perfectly.
