The capsules are very small, which I like because they are so easy to swallow. They also aim to get all way to your small intestines before releasing their contents, so they should be extra effective. I’ve tried them with no ill effects and hopefully some big benefits.This particular packet has the word ‘sensitive’ written on the front. I can’t see any explanation of what is meant by this designation but I am pleased to try them anyway.

cant actually test the efficacy of these due to preexisting medical issue, didnt realise this when i purchased. anyway, they have to be taken first thing on an empty stomach at least half an hour before any hot food or drink
