This was a fantastic buy for my elderly Dad.He loves it because it it’s cosy and comfortable.It has a timer on it too so he won’t overheat even if he falls asleep with it on.Its vey quick to heat up which is perfect for the short notice usage.Great for heat around the neck especially.I certainly recommend this,not just for the elderly but as a cosy warm comforter.

This heating pad has been such a lifesaver for my dysmenorrhea cramps. It's very effective at soothing the pain and helping me relax during those difficult days. I really like that it has 9 different temperature settings, so I can easily adjust it depending on how warm I want it to feel, and three timer options, which is convenient if I want it to turn off automatically after a set period. The detachable remote is a well-thought-out feature since it makes the pad much easier to clean and wash. I just removed the remote and don't have to worry about the electronics. It heats up quickly, so I don't have to wait long to get relief, and the size is perfect for covering my lower abdomen, which is where I usually feel the most discomfort. I also appreciate the automatic shut-off after 90 minutes. The only flaw for me is that it doesn't come with a strap, so sometimes it slips when in use. It gives me peace of mind about safety. Overall, this heating pad feels durable, comfortable, and really gets the job done. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who experiences period cramps or general back pain.
Can’t lie on it or it’ll overheat
It’s fine, simple to use if you only want to drape it on top of you but useless for back pain since you can’t lie on it or against it due to risk of it overheating. Back to the hot water bottle.
