4 stars just because of the price of this as it is very high, but I thought I’d try out anyway.Went with the lychee flavour as found in the reviews that was the best best tasting in opinions. It does taste nice, takes abit of a stir to get it all mixed up, there’s no fizz to it at all like other hydration tabs.It does its job, doesn’t give you energy or anything like that. I took it on mornings as my first drink of the day then post workout.Would I buy again, maybe if it was on offer otherwise I’d just stick with Phizz or SIS hydration tablets, as they are much cheaper and not far off the same levels of ingredients.

I was worried it was going to look like wee in my clear bottle I take to uni, so was so pleasantly surprised that the powder dissolved into such a beautiful lilac shade!It actually does taste remarkably like a Lychee. I don’t usually enjoy the taste of soft drinks, but this tastes like a treat I want to sip not just guzzle quickly down for the health benefits.Maybe it’s the colour, maybe it’s the vitamins but the product makes me feel a little bit more vibrant :)

Nice flavours but disappointed that some of the sachets are solid and not a powder. Feels like moisture has gotten in or they are out of date. Overall I like it but expensive to have some that are unusable.

BE VERY CAREFUL!!!This product is very good. It’s one of the best electrolyte products that I have used and if you are someone with no health issues are highly recommended. However, please note do not use this if you have any specific medical issues especially around kidneys and heart. Definitely check with your doctors or consultants before you consume this.Otherwise, if you are fit and well with no underlying health conditions, seriously consider this to any other products in the market.

Love these, really feel they’ve made a difference to me in terms of hydration and the apricot flavour is my favourite it’s really drinkable! I can see a difference in my energy level when I drink them regularly vs when I don’t, so I do think for me they have been very effective. I like that they are single sachets it makes them really easy to use and they dissolve easily in water with a quick mix up or shake. Highly recommend trying and suggest giving it a month or two to evaluate the differences in how you feel in general as I noticed over time a general increase in how I felt!

insulin fluctuation
It fluctuates my insulin as it has Stavia and is not sugar free. I have even tried taking half a sachet in 500ml of water and still the same.
