I’ve tried several mouth guards over the years for teeth grinding, but the Snooze Pals Dental Mouth Guard has been the best by far. The fit is comfortable and secure, with no slipping during the night. The material feels high quality—BPA-free and safe—and doesn’t cause any irritation.The guard is easy to mold following the clear instructions (plus the QR code video is super handy). It’s not bulky, so I can still breathe and talk comfortably if needed. After using it, I’ve noticed far less jaw tension and no more waking up with sore teeth.The fact that it comes in a pack of 4 is fantastic value—you can have spares or replacements ready to go. Overall, a brilliant product that delivers exactly what it promises. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with bruxism or nighttime teeth grinding!

It’s hard to find a mouth guard that is comfortable and actually works, trust me I have tried hundreds, but this one does the job extremely well. It fits incredibly snug in the mouth and you don’t notice it when trying to sleep. With good quality and a good price, it’s a no brainer.

Works very well! Highly recommended to stop teeth grinding.Very simple setup instructions and after testing last night, I can confirm it stops the teeth grinding whilst sleeping! Comfortable to wear as it is a customized fit to your mouth/teeth. Well worth the money to save your teeth!

Great product, easy to use, fits well and does exactly what i need it to. 5 stars would recommend. My dentist asked if i grind my teeth and i had no idea i did. She recommended a mouth shield just like this. Works great.

Very light and comfortable, good quality item, it does help from grinding teeth it also kind of protects them in a way, it's a perfect aid for grinding teeth and overall sleeping quality, but in my view it isn't medicine its aid for improved sleep. Took me a few days to get used to but comfortable enough to have a good night sleep.
