I bought these as have been having trouble with constipation since starting on GLP1 medication. I have tried everything. Prunes, well known branded laxatives (but tried not to take more than once a week as don’t find them pleasant), increased fruit and vegetables intake, and had recently been taking psyllium husk capsules which worked but took about three days to do so. When I heard about fibre gummies I thought I would try them to see if they helped and selected these ones based on cost, reviews and that they were vegan but did not expect anything great. I was very pleasantly surprised. They are easy to chew not at all like wine gums and have a pleasant taste. Worked for me by the next day and so would highly recommend.

These are amazing, really help with my bloating. I take them when the instructions say to and it really aids my gut. I have a celiac intolerance and always bloat when I eat gluten but when I take this bloating is very minimal and really helps with my skin and to keep my weight in control.

Been taking these for several weeks but unless I have 5 or 6 at a time they don’t make me go to the loo. These are reallllly sweet. They taste amazing but as a fibre gummy they really don’t seem to be very effective sadly. Huge bottle of large gummies.

I like them for now, will try this format for a month or two and see how I get on, for some reason I struggle to stay consistent with the powder. If your taking 3 per day for 3g of creatine then I'd say they are fine. Bu if you need more than 3g per day it's probably not the most cost effective methods the pack only has 90 gummies.
