Arrived swiftly in excellent condition, it's got a lovely warm ginger kick, I've used it neat, mixed with fruit juices, poured over fruit, with ice cream, added to noodles, pasta, I reckon it would work added to homemade cosmetics and medicine. It's good in baking and probably bathing too. It has a definite travelling Dr Amazing's does anything you want it to vibe going on. I will still be finding new things to do with it, hot and cold when I need more of it. Awesome.

This is the perfect alcohol replacement. I don't like to drink during the week, but miss having something to signal the end of the day. Alcohol-free wine is terrible, the non-alc spirits are watery, and I tried the other 'aperitif' drinks – Botivo, Pentire etc, but they just go down without any bite. Mother Root is 100% the best out there. I drink about a bottle per month.

I normally drink Belvoir Farm Ginger Cordial with carbonated water at £4.50 for 500ml but decided to try this at almost £30 for 500ml expecting something special given the reviews and price. It hasn’t got the ginger punch I was used to and at this price works out incredible expensive per drink! Ok but not worth the price tbh as better alternatives exist.

Was hoping for a nice non alcoholic drink because there are not many out there unless it’s lager! I love the taste of ginger but found it totally overpowered by vinegar & quite frankly horrible. My husband didn’t like it either. Will remain on the shelf never to be used. Very expensive
