First thing to say is that I think at £7.99 (the price at time of writing) this is a bit expensive. I'd expect to pay £2.50 a pack at most.The good:✅ The kids love the stuff! They've played with this for hours and had lots of fun.✅ It's somewhere between slime, play dough, and kinetic sand, but not exactly like any of them. It has a fabric like texture, moulds like play dough, stretches like slime, and reacts a bit like Kinetic sand.✅ The colour changing feature works as you play with it. The colour is a muted purple tho, not as vibrant as the pictures.✅ It appeals to those who like sensory toys and fidgets.✅ It's so light! You'd think the tin was empty when it's packed away.✅ The tin is a handy and versatile storage container which means you can take this with you.✅ It's going to last a long time. It's very durable and doesn't seem to degrade over time.The bad:❌ It is impossible to get out of fabric and stains. We got a small spot on the carpet which I can't get out, and my daughter got some on her jumper which I couldn't scrape off and doesn't wash out. It's now a permanent stain. I'd recommend messy play clothes and a wipe clean surface whilst playing with this.❌ It seems expensive for the price when there's virtually nothing to it. I also feel that the picture on the box is misleading. You'd need 3 or 4 packs to get a hand full that big.❌ There is a fragrance added to this and it seems to make my eczema flare up, but hasn't affected the kids who also have eczema.Overall the kids love it, so that's positive, just don't use it where it might stain.

I really like having this type of putty around as a fidget toy and this is the first heat sensitive one I’ve tried. I was a little underwhelmed by it’s colour changing ability, it starts out a pale lilac colour and goes to a pale aqua, no where near as vibrant as the product listing images. The texture is nice and the stringy quality it has when you pull it apart is nice too. It does have a VERY strong perfume smell to it which I really don’t like. I’ve tried leaving the tin open for over a week hoping it would get rid of the smell but it hasn’t even faded it. It did prove that his doesn’t dry out though.

Ordered for my slime loving 8 year old. The texture is quite unique, it's not sticky or wet, it's almost slightly fluffy and grainy like kinetic sand, and can be shaped and moulded but also pulled and stretched. Depending on the surface you use it on, it isn't unduly messy although best keep clear of clothes and the sofa. It has a pleasant but not overpowering scent, and doesn't seem to dry out if the tin is left open. The main attraction is the colour changing ability, while this is present it's quite a subtle effect and not as pronounced as the product images. It also needs quite a range of temperature so you don't see a huge difference from just warming it in the hand, whereas if you put the tin in the fridge for a bit you can see the difference immediately. Nevertheless my daughter enjoyed playing with it and for those who like the sensory stimulation the unique texture will prove fascinating. It's a little pricy but you do get two tins.

These have become a well loved member of our sensory kit, for both at home and school. The tin is the perfect size to carry around.My only downside is the the colours are a lot more muted than photographed which has meant its not appalled as much to my visual seekers.
