They also play a key role in muscle maintenance, and as a regular gym goer this can only be a good thing especially when you start to get older !!!.I mix mine with my protein shake or tea/coffee and there's a nice smoother texture when I use it.The recommended serving is 10g.One thing to note is that is sourced from Swiss and EU grass-fed cattle, and supposed to have high animal welfare standards, meaning no antibiotics, hormones, or unnecessary treatments. I have heard quite a bit about Bare Biology and was genuinely keen to try this Type 1 and Type 3 bovine collagen supplement. This 300g hydrolysed peptide powder (10g daily) is, in all fairness, one of the best I’ve used in terms of how easily it dissolves. I’ve previously used a more expensive premium brand, but even in very hot drinks, it didn’t mix nearly as well as this. The powder is incredibly fine, which I really appreciate.It’s completely tasteless and, as stated, heat-resistant – ideal for adding to my morning coffee without affecting the flavour or texture. It’s made in Switzerland from grass-fed beef, with purity guaranteed, which adds further reassurance. It’s intended to support skin, hair, nails, muscles, joints and even organs – all areas that benefit as collagen naturally declines with age.So far, I’m quite pleased. While it’s too early to speak to the long-term results, I like how easy it is to incorporate into my routine. It genuinely disappears into my coffee, and I forget it’s even there – a good sign.One star off only because results take time and I’m still waiting to see the full benefits, but overall, a very promising product.

Really pleased with this powder. I was concerned about how I would take it, but so far, I have had it in a glass of water - it dissolved easily and was tasteless, and I have also added it to my overnight oats - it was undetectable. So no smell or taste, just packed with bovine collagen. I'm hoping this will help my skin as I am post menopause, so my body will not be producing as much collagen as previously.

I have tried a few collagen products. This one, Bare Biology's fundamental bovine collagen is one of the best, if not the best I have tried. At 10.000 units per 10g serving, i.e. 4 teaspoons of powder stirred into any drink is such an easy way to take it, and there is no flavour to be off putting. Actual physical results may take a while of course.The pot is really inviting, by this I mean reading the label is rarely of much interest but this label seems to have been written by women, for women. It reads as though someone I can relate to has written it. So many labels are poorly written and I find I lose confidence in a product. This product oozes confidence for me.I look forward to results. Updates as and when.

The product is fine, I really can't fault the ingredients. It says you can mix into any drink but beware this will impact the dissolvability. I mixed one lot with a juice ad it left floaters. Sadly my stomach was also not a fan. It seems to give me bloating, which is proably nothing to do with th product and more me.

Excellent Quality. This collagen is exactly what I was looking for—100% pure, no fillers, and it mixes easily into hot drinks or smoothies. I’ve been taking bovine collagen for a while now and notice big improvement in my skin and joints. It’s also completely tasteless, which is a huge plus. Great value for a 300g tub—will definitely be buying again!
