This is a good price for this form of creatine.Creatine ethyl ester is wore readily absorbed than the monohydrate form.Easy to measure the dose, just count out the capsules.Easy to swallow and aren't too large.Long shelf life.

The product seems to work. Get that boost or lack of energy deficiency in middle of workout.But, but, but.I am getting annoyed with some suppliers of creatine.The 3600mg dose is across EIGHT capsules. Why ? 4500mg is 10 capsules ! Adult male heavy working out needs close to 5000mg. Who's going to pop 8 capsules in the morning ?Moreover labelling is misleading. States in large, bold on from it's a 240 capsule pack. But - at 10 capsules for a workout this is less than one months supply.2 stars I'm afraid.

Bei Creatin in Kapseln bin ich immer erst einmal großer Fan. Keine Sauerei, nichts staubt, man kann sie gut mitnehmen wenn man mal verreist und auch die Dosierung ist kein Problem, da man in der Regel immer genau weiß wie viele Kapseln man pro Tag nehmen sollte.Dementsprechend habe ich mich über die hier verkauften Kapseln von ILN sehr gefreut. 240 Kapseln gibt es insgesamt. Das klingt erst einmal gar nicht so viel und der Eindruck verstärkt sich, sobald man mitbekommt, dass pro Tagesdosis (3600mg Creatine) 8(!) Kapseln geschluckt werden müssen. Für 4500mg Creatine sind es dann schon 10 Kapseln. Wir landen also bei 450mg Creatine pro Kapsel. Das sind dann doch etwas viele Kapseln am Tag - insbesondere, wenn es nur 240 Stück davon in der Packung gibt.Dafür also leider ein Stern Abzug.Die auf der Verpackung abgebildete Verzehrempfehlung, aufgeteilt in mehrere Wochen mit unterschiedlicher Dosierung, ist wissenschaftlich auch ein wenig veraltet, schadet aber nicht.Die bis zu zehn Kapseln pro Tag lassen sich gut schlucken (und natürlich gut dosieren), der Geruch aus dem Fläschchen bzw. der Geruch der Kapseln könnte zwar angenehmer sein aber wie heißt es doch so schön? "Muss net schmecke, muss wirke".Nach der Einnahme der hier verkauften Kapseln spürte ich keinen Unterschied zum regulären Creatine-Monohydrat-Konsum, die Wirksamkeit dürfte somit in etwa gleich sein.Fazit: Kann man schon machen, mir sind es pro Tag aber zu viele Kapseln und eine zu kleine Packungsgröße.

(Le sto utilizzando alla creatina in polvere) L’integratore sembra efficace, la formulazione è avanzata e apprezzo molto il fatto che sia adatto a vegani e vegetariani.Buon dosaggio: 3600mg è una quantità solida per chi cerca un supporto serio nell’allenamento.Formula vegan-friendly: un plus non da poco per chi segue un’alimentazione plant-based.Facili da dosare: le capsule sono pratiche e comode da portare con sé.Tuttavia, il sapore non mi ha convinto: anche se sono capsule, lasciano una sensazione ruvida al palato e un retrogusto poco piacevole. Nulla di drammatico, ma è un aspetto da considerare se si è sensibili a queste cose.Nel complesso, ottimo prodotto dal punto di vista funzionale, ma migliorabile sotto l’aspetto sensoriale.

Il contenuto netto è gr 173 in 240 capsule, fornitura per circa 1 mese. La dose raccomandata è di 8-10 capsule al giorno ( leggere attentamente le indicazioni ).👍🏼 ProLe capsule sono insapore, vegane/vegetariane. Il lotto e la data di scadenza sono stampati sul fondo del barattolo e quindi difficilmente modificabili. La scadenza è lontana quasi 3 anni dalla data di acquisto. La confezione è molto ben sigillata. Le indicazioni sono presenti anche in italiano, basta sollevare l’etichetta e sotto troviamo le altre lingue.👎🏼 ControNon ho riscontrato alcun aspetto negativo.💫 ValutazioneLe capsule sono molto più pratiche dell’equivalente in polvere, ma occupano molto volume: la dose giornaliera di circa gr 3 è 8 capsule contro un misurino delle dimensioni di un cucchiaino da caffè. Le sto prendendo da qualche giorno e non ho notato nessun problema. Tutto bene.

La praticità è il punto forte: niente bilancia, niente shaker, si assumono con acqua e si chiude la faccenda. Questo formato torna comodo in palestra, in ufficio o in viaggio, e il profilo “vegano/vegetariano” amplia l’utilizzo senza vincoli.Il rovescio della medaglia è il “pill burden”: otto capsule quotidiane sono tante. Non è un problema per tutti, ma per qualcuno può diventare noioso o facile da dimenticare.
