It's pretty easy to use but as there are a lot of options, the manual has been thorough at explaining to me how to properly use it.Overall the device has been good at helping me relax my tense muscles.This is pretty small too so I'll be bringing it with me on trips due to the portability.

GOBOK TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator is a fantastic device for relieving muscle tension and pain. This muscle stimulator pad fits easily to different parts of the body and is very comfortable to use. With 28 modes and dual channels, it allows for targeted therapy on different areas like the shoulders, neck, back, and muscles. The 8 electrode pads provide excellent coverage, and the upgraded color screen makes it easy to adjust settings. This is a great unit you can use at home. It's compact and portable. It has different modes and strengths. The screen is easy to understand and the controls are intuitive.

For several months, I have been experiencing back pain. At first, I didn't believe in this product and thought it was a waste of money.But through a friend's introduction, I decided to give it a try.his unit is absolute bliss! The different modes, combinations, and advantages make this product truly a multifunctional product. I can set the mode and channel according to the pain of different parts, which is very convenient! Although my back pain is still bad, it has indeed been relieved. I believe that continuous use will have even greater effects!

The new scheme of colors on the screen makes it so much easier to see I like that is still small and the large to the shell shape to the regular rectangular pads make it much easier to work with and the best fact is that you could use both a and b slots at the same time. It's portable and functions well.

I really like this machine. It works very well. I like to use it after finishing a whole day's work. It can help me relieve fatigue. There are two channels, A/B, which allows me to do this. Different intensities and styles can also be set for each channel. This is easy to use and also easy to understand. I give it 5 stars!

Dual channels allows treatment of two separate areas with different intensity levels at the same time..40 different intensity levels with 28 different modes for different areas of the body! Massage mode allows both channels & all electrode pads to work together targeting whole body parts/areas. Feels amazing after a workout for muscle soreness or for general aches/pains that I have. It was easy to figure out how to set the different modes and levels for use..everything works just as it should!! All features/modes/intensity levels are clearly shown on the colored display screen making it easy to set it up for whatever mode or level I choose. Electrode pads come in a variety of shapes & sizes & stay placed pretty good wherever chosen place on the body. Easily order more electrode pads to always be ready myself or have different sets for different members of my family to use as well. Battery life seems great & is quick to recharge when needed.. charging cord included so no batteries are needed. Unit is small in size making it portable & easy to use. Great workout EMS
This EMS is very similar to the one provided in my workout class. The body of this EMS is very small, thin and lightweight and it was very comfortable to carry during the workout session. The patches are sticky. They stayed put throughout my entire workout session, despite of my heavy sweating. The operation is quite straightforward with just one bottom to turn it on and two buttons to adjust the strength. After using it for half an hour, the battery level barely reduced. This EMS came with a small pouch to store the wire and the patches together. However, I wish it could provide a belt for carry during the workout. I found this EMS has several functions, but each function seems to have the same punch pattern just different strength. I wouldn’t be picky as the price is very reasonable.
Very helpful and easy to use
It works great! I mainly use the TENS and massage function, and it has been really helpful for my neck/back pain. It has two channels, and It’s very thoughtful that the stimulation strength can be adjusted individually per channel. The stimulation goes from very subtle to very strong. I stop at 11, and it’s less than a quarter of its max strength per the graph on the screen. The cable for the patches is pretty long so I could put them exactly at the sore points. The patches stick on my skin so I can use them while I’m working. The machine is pretty small and light and therefore very portable.
