In reviewing this product I swapped over from my previous brand so did not need to make any changes to my normal supplementing routine nor did i need to preload when i started using it but i've found this to be an excellent product for enhancing my workout nutrition.it mixes well without any change in consistency to my old brand and no clumping. being unflavoured the taste profile is unchanged so i'm not having to deal with multiple flavourings from my protein powder and this which is what I prefer.beast pharma products do tend to be a little more pricey in my experience but i'm a fan of eddie's and it's a brand i trust so paying a little more for a known entity is fine by me. so i wouldn't call it amazing value for money but also don't think it's extortionate at all.I can't comment on its effectiveness with any real authority but i've not noticed any drop in performance or recovery since swapping to it so it's at least as effective as my previous brand.

I received this well sealed with a tape around the top, and a plastic lid which needs removing inside (belt and braces). It has almost 2 years on the use by date (March 2027 when ordered in May 2025).The pot contains what you'd expect. A fine powder with a scoop (buried in there somewhere).I've been taking it with milk, which seems the nicest way as it has no flavour, but you could take it in water or on the box it suggests with electrolytes.I've not noticed any discernible difference since I started using it, but it's not been long, and I've not long started weight training. I think it's probably more useful as you progress and get to building more muscle.Overall very good, but on the higher end of the cost spectrum at £25 for 500g at the time of writing, similar to other big name brands however.

I have taken creatine in the past but a long time ago. I read an article recently that prompted me to start using it again. This is a good example of creatine in that it is tasteless, and easily mixed with water, or milk etc.
