Very dissatisfied with product as bought as a gift and only have 2 months until out of date when chocolate always has a long shelf life so must be almost out of date stock so way over priced

I'm a little surprised to finally be able to review one of these variety boxes that's actually pretty good!unlike most I've reviewed before this has a good selection of full size chocolate bars and apart from the slightly smaller chocolate orange bar (which i think only come in the smaller size). it also scores bonus points as it had munchies which are a very rare but welcome treat for me.it comes in a reasonably presentable gift box which has a very specific "happy birthday" greeting on it so it narrows the occasions you might buy it for quite drastically but at £8 for 8 chocolate bars in a giftable format i think it's pretty fairly priced given the cost of chocolate bars at retail now.I'd prefer to receive one of these than the more typical variety packs full of small "10p" sweets like fudge, chomps or small dairy milks so for that reason it gets a thumbs up from me. if it had a dime bar in there as well it might have got a 6 somehow.

This was good for a last minute gift.2 factors stopped me from giving 5 stars. One was the price. Whilst I understand business' need to make a profit I paid £8.99 for chocolate bars that I could have gotten for £4.80, maybe cheaper as one was a multipack bar. The other was the fact that a different chocolate bar from what was pictured was sent.I think the choice of chocolate as a whole was OK though and it was presented OK. No fancy packaging inside or anything but did the job.Fit though the letterbox too which was good as meant I didn't have to be in or get woken up.

This is a tasty selection of chocolate bars. I’ve never had munchies and Terry’s orange bar before. I must say I’m quite a fan of the orange and chocolate combination. I like the detail of the little slices of oranges on each section of the chocolate bar. Munchies isn’t so bad but my favourite of the bunch is the Kitkat chunky. The layers of wafer makes it so soft to chew and it has the right amount of chocolate. I would love to try another selection.
