I started taking these on 29.6.2025 and writing this review on 13.7.2025… and I’ve lost 5lbs with hardly any exercise.I can’t get over how much this has curbed the cravings, I can only manage half of my meals if that as I feel full quicker.My gut health is much better as I was struggling with gut issues and it’s helped this too.Given 4 stars as I’m eager to see how this works with increased exercise. As with increased calorie burn you tend to want to eat more for more energy. Fingers crossed I’m exactly the same as I am now but the workouts start paying off with the calorie deficit this should help with.

I've now been taking these for over a week now. Things I have noticed are that I am less tired during the day and that I sleep better than before taking these.I haven't lost or gained any weight, so cannot say that the claims on the bottle are true for me. My appetite hasn't changed while taking these either. These seem great as a multi-vitamin with all the included ingredients (vitamins and probiotics).They are large clear pill, containing a white powder. The type you can pull apart. Easy to take with water. Overall, I would only recommend these as a vitamin/probiotic supplement, and not for those hoping to lose weight with them. I will update if I see any further changes/results.

This review is based on my first impressions, having only been taking it for a few days. I plan to come back and update my review once I have been using it for longerThis supplement is very promising. I was surprised after the first day of taking it how much my appetite was reduced, I’m not sure if this was a placebo effect so I want to use it for longer to be sure of its effects. I love that it contains natural ingredients, and is said to boost your glp 1 naturally. I did a little research on the ingredients and there are some promising studies on the effectiveness of these ingredients to reduce appetite and improve digestion but studies are limited. I wanted to give it a try for myself to see if it could help me stop snacking between meals. I’m only looking to loose a little bit of weight so hopefully this will be the boost I need

These didn't work immediately for me but after a few days I had noticed that I was snacking considerably less and I'd realised how much of a habit snacking had become even when I wasn't actually hungry.The capsules are quite large but I found them easily to swallow. The dosage is 2 capsules a day and you take each capsule before eating. I generally take a capsule and hour or so before a meal.I've had no adverse reactions and I'm happy to continue taking these in hope I lose more weight. I'm on a long term eating change and my motivation is up and down, losing the craving of snacking will help my journey to a new me.
