My daughter bought me this as an early birthday gift as I have recently been diagnosed with coeliac disease.The two drawer layout is ideal so I can have one drawer for gluten free foods and the other for gluten containing foods below so there is no cross contamination.The settings are easy to use, you can sync cooking so all meals are cooked at the same time. There are preset functions and so many options to choose between such as baking, defrosting and dehydrating - it really is an all in one!The first time I used it I did use a liner (habit with coeliac disease) which meant the food didn’t cook in the ‘given time’ but when removed from the liner it cooked quickly and efficiently.Cleaning is simple, and it’s also a great space saver unlike the fryers with side by side drawers. The drawers are bigger than expected too which is brilliant. The lights in the drawers make it a lot easier to check on foods cooking too.It is louder than my old one, but that doesn’t bother me at all.The off function is a slower function as you can see from the video but this means you can’t accidentally turn it off while cooking as the button is on the top of the fryer.

It is a brilliant air fryer, I love all setting, amazing with synchronised cooking in both drawers BUT! It is so ooo loud! You'll not imagine! It sound like cargo freeser going on full power. Honestly, if you wanna quick and low profile make a snack after night out be sure to make everyone around aware of your presence in the kitchen! I had e air fryer until now and would never imagine why this could be so ooo loud!

So this is quite popular at the moment in terms of stacked air fryers, a lot of air fryers are dual drawer so you can cook two different things at the same time. I already have a dual drawer air fryer but I quite liked the look of this one as a) it saves worktop space and b) it's a larger basket size than the one I had.In terms of operation it's pretty simple you select the basket you want (1 is the top one and 2 is the bottom one). You then select the food you are going to cook, it basically presets the time and power that's in use. So for example chips it would set the power to 200 degrees and a time of 18 minutes. Note you can adjust the time and the power if it doesn't quite suit. Like the one I have you can also do a smart finish i.e. one basket starts and the other waits to power up when it hits the same remaining time. You also have a match cook function that basically just replicates the settings for each basket.I ordered some silicon inserts so that I can keep the baskets clean but trying to find the right size wasn't easy but eventually got them. It's not a brand that I've heard of but ultimately these air fryers are small convection ovens that have fans to circulate the air.

I get really impressed with this overall, being vertical is a definite space saver versus the horizontal ones.An air fryer is basically just a convection oven with a very strong fan and a clear base around the food, so that the air can circulate quickly, which means that everything cooks much faster. That's it. However, that is something that has meaningful advantages! This has two totally independent heating elements and fans, which is good, as you can see in the photo.I'm a huge fan of air fryers with the handle and basket ergonomics, that means you don't have to mess around with oven gloves and everything, which is part of the point of being quick and easy.So, this being one with handles and vertical is absolutely great, as the prime disadvantage of air fryers is counter space loss.Bear in mind it's quite tall, so if you have low kitchen cabinets underneath it, you may need to pull it out a bit in order to use the touch controls.The touch controls work reasonably well, although some of the functions, such as sync, take some getting used to. They do only illuminate when they're available, which is clever, and the screen is bright and clear.The instructions are absolutely horrendous and barely understandable. Although, if you're able to work past that, it's a good product.I think it's good value. It's clearly a direct from China offering, but the only real downside for that is the instructions are a little bit unclear, and that takes five or ten minutes to figure out forever.The product is pretty excellent value otherwise, it is well-made and well-designed, so that really doesn't bother me too much. I'm quite happy to get good features for good value if the only cost is spending a little bit of time figuring it out.I can see why people rave about these things
