Used for heel protection from footwear so unable to comment on any other uses. It's like heel protection using fabric plasters, only thicker, so fewer plasters are required to protect the heel. Very similar in look to other products bought for the same use - variously called boob tape, kinesiology tape, face tape, physio tape, sport tape...Stretchy along the length but don't over-stretch, as it will fray easily, in my case, by the constant rubbing of the back of the shoe with the heel of the foot. With some heel tape, stretching it also makes it more difficult to remove, often with removal of skin as well. But not in this case. The glue is not particularly sticky, so if you have applied and then remove the tape to re-apply in a better location, the tape will not re-stick. Constant friction will also cause the ends to slowly roll and peel off. Useful grid on the backing paper so you can measure equal lengths of tape.Nicely packaged and besides nipple protection, also contains 40 pieces of double-sided tape, which is more than some competitors. Decent buy at ~£9
