NGTeco Cloud Clocking in Machine:I can think of 2 previous jobs that could have really used this in the office. One was a job where I was required to be there on evenings and weekends when the main office was closed and another where the mangers and owners were overseas mostly and managed the office and the staff remotely. Something like this could solve many attendance issues and pay disputes quickly yet they chose to keep it low tech and more complicated in the long run.With this, if someone important is on holiday the data can still be gathered by another responsible person for payroll purposes.The face recognition will be especially handy to phase out any account or password sharing scenarios; the security of your operation is going to be a top priority too, no?I like that it will still work offline too because when systems stop working, you will be the one the staff blames if it affects their payslip.The product quality is good and seems fairly easy to set up. I've played with it but haven't fully installed it yet. I've got to figure out if this will be something we will be looking to roll out long term as more devices will be required for our operation.

PROS-face recognition is a brilliant feature, saves a lot of time and is (so far) accurate-not complicated to set up and administer (it does take a while to set up though)-can be used even when not connected-cloud aspects mean I can manage my people even when I’m not on site-useful reporting features-decent value, for what it offersCONS-at this price, I’m disappointed there is an app fee for storage and remote managementNOTES-I’m using this in a pub that I manage, which has 30 staff (max 8 people on at any time), this really helps with tracking hours for payrollMY STAR RATINGS:1* substandard, mostly cons2** barely acceptable, cons outweigh the pros3*** meets the basic requirements, cons balance the pros4**** good product, pros outweigh the cons5***** exceptional, all (or almost all) pros

this is a comprehensive and well implemented employee attendance system that offers a simple but effective system for monitoring the movements of staff during the passage of their shifts.clocking in is very simple with facial recognition or an id card with reliable identification of the staff with both methods.for management it's easy to get a clear oversight and control over the attendance data for reporting and other internal processes.it's a solid mix of good tech and decent software that works together well.for a small company it's affordable and even with the modest fee still very good value for money.

Solidly built and professional in appearance, this clocking-in machine is perfect for small businesses. Setup takes a bit of time, but once configured, it's smooth sailing—facial recognition and ID card clock-ins work flawlessly.The system offers robust cloud connectivity via AWS, with customizable reports that can be exported to spreadsheets. Shift scheduling, overtime, and break tracking are all handled with ease. A reliable, efficient solution with no monthly fees.I've reviewed a few of these before that were badly thought out - this one seems to tick all the right boxes in my opinion and very competitively priced compared to other available solutions.

This clocking in machine is ideal for our small family business and allows us to manage our staffing needs and monitor attendance. Although initial set up takes some time, it’s not needlessly complicated.Once set up it is accurate and feels efficient. The mobile app and web dashboard allow us to manage and monitor attendance remotely, and get instant real time insight into our staffs attendance and productivity.The device is compact and looks professional. It feels robust and it’s easy for staff to use.Face recognition seems reliable and fast, and connectivity has been stable to date.It offers multiple options to suit our business needs from more flexible work patterns, to fixed working hours, overtime, lunch breaks, or night shifts.While it can do as much or as little as I need, it’s a cost effective way to track employee hours, helps save time calculating working hours, reduces errors preventing disputes or overpayments all of which help us to streamline our business.The app has a minimal one time charge with no monthly fees, and free tech support.Devices can be linked if you have multiple premises, and reports can be easily be generated around specific dates, employees or pay periods giving me detailed attendance information at my fingertips.At this point I’m delighted with it.I would say it’s suited to small businesses, and is fairly priced.I hope you find my experiences helpful.

On peut gérer jusqu’à 200 usagés. Il intègre la reconnaissance faciale qui fonctionne plutôt bien. L'appareil peut reconnaître un visage en 0.3 secondes, est résistant aux tentatives d’attaques par photo ou vidéo et peut détecter le visage d’une distance allant de 0.3m à 1m.Il est relativement simple d’utilisation et on peut télécharger les rapports d’utilisation avec l’application mobile ou sur une page web. C’est un produit d’une bonne qualité et je vous le recommande.
