Like most gummies these are a convenient but pretty expensive way to get your daily vitamin supplementation but it's nice that they have put together the vitamins that are important for pregnancy into an easy to take and delicious form. Taken at a dose of 2 gummies per day the tub of 60 will last for one month. The gummies are delicious, not too sweet and give a reasonable dose of important vitamins without going crazy, with most being 100% of your RDA.Overall, I really like these gummies and there is no doubt that they are good quality as well as being vegan and suitable for halal/kosher diets too but they are more expensive for what you are getting than capsules, so it boils down to convenience vs value for money and which of those you think is more important.

These appear to be distributed by a company from the West Midlands. You appear to take two of these a day, which give you 100% of most of your vitamins + 200% of some B vitamins. There is no vitamin A, which is not recommended in large quantities for pregnant women. These are suitable for vegans. They appear to contain sugar, so you might want to consider that if you're looking after your teeth.
