Love this idea; tastes great while being good for you! I drank them on their own but they'd also make a nice mixer for alcohol? (I like to add some healthiness to my booze, like when Pubs offered Pomegranate juice with vodka :)Apple & Elderflower's my favourite but all 3 flavours are tasty; a light sweet fizzy pop, very drinkable - While remembering there's 10g of fibre in each-!Only gripe is the tins are small /cost. And probably best served in a glass in case the contents have 'settled', so you can swish any fibre sediment about - I drank 1 straight from the can & it's an odd sensation if you're not expecting the fibre 'dregs' at the end.

These are delicious. Whenever I am worried about my fibre intake, I drink one of these. They really help me not feel constipated. They are a bit less fizzy than a traditional soda. The flavours are on point, it satisfies the urge to drink high caloric drinks. I am glad they are low in sugar, but they still taste sweet.

Why did you choose this product over others?:As a borderline red coca cola addict who hates aspartame. This is honestly one of the best drinks I've ever tasted. The box came with 3 flavoured and all of them were amazing. Great choice if you want a high fibre low sugar drink

I recently picked up a box of The Gut Stuff's High Fibre Fizzy Pop, and wow, it's a game-changer for my fridge! Every can pops with natural flavor, and I absolutely love the Zingy Lemon. It's so comforting to know that there's nothing artificial in there, just straight-up fruity deliciousness that's also great for my gut health. Plus, it’s a super enjoyable way to up my fibre intake without sacrificing taste!

These are the best gut health drinks around! 10g fibre, which is exactly what my gut needs! These drinks have genuinely helped me get my fibre up. I just grab one to have on the go and it's made my life so much easier! they taste SO good and are so refreshing.

They do the job wit great fibre levels but in my opinion they do not taste very nice. The texture at the end is literal fibre bits which when not expected is intense, i also think they should be cheaper than they are but if you’re looking for high fibre it does the job and is much lower in calorie than the fibre bars by the same company.

This is a very refreshing and tasty way to get a bit more fibre into your diet. I got the mixed case and have enjoyed each version of these lightly carbonated, good quality drinks.The zingy lemon has a touch of the lemsip taste to it but it was still ok. The apple & elderflower was light and fragrant, yet also flavourful and finally, the wild berry (which was my favourite), is very refreshing and with a nice berry flavour.In all of the flavours, I couldn't detect the chicory root fibre in the taste, (certainly there's no bits or texture in there), and if you are looking for a different way to increase fibre, then these are definitely worth a look.My only note, and the reason I've deducted a star is that at just over £2 a can (at the time of writing), it does feel priced slightly high for a 250ml sized can.
