These are large, tough tags. They are made of robust plastic (you may not be a fan of plastic, but if you want a simple durable tag, it's an obvious choice), with a metal eyelet. They are supplied with wire ties, ideal for firmly attaching them to -- whatever. These are robust ties: easy enough to twist by hand, but I guess pliers could give you a neater outcome.I found it easy to write on the tag with a Sharpie (there's a slightly matt surface) and the result was a clear label which seemed not prone to smudging etc. in use.At £9.99 for a pack of 100, the value seems reasonable: maybe you'd hope for them to be cheaper, but at this level, price is not really an issue.

These plastic tags measure approximately 12cm by 6cm and have an eyelet which you thread through the 30cm long metal securing tie.I have used these for outdoor labelling on a nature project and appreciated the larger size and the ability to write on directly with a black marker pen.At the time of ordering, these were priced at £9.99 for 100 which seems a competitive price.
