Standard fare aftermarket 5M hotend

I was hoping some improvements had been made to the design, but in my experience this seems to be the same item that is sold by many other suppliers on Bolo. These function well once installed, and do print nicely. However, there are some major points to keep in mind.1) MAKE SURE that the nozzle clips into the print head snugly AND you get a clip on BOTH SIDES. If you don't have a solid installation, then the filament will build up behind the extruder, and you'll end up having the nozzle push out and directly into your build plate. This will result in a damaged build plate and possible a snapped hotend. This issue seems to have been mostly addressed with this newly updated product.2) The weak point on these is the wiring harness. If you change nozzles frequently, then you'll find yourself having difficulty getting the wiring harness IN and (especially) OUT without damaging the wires. Eventually you'll damage the wires and will have to throw the entire hotend away, thereby negating any monetary savings you had by going with this third party option. These printers just weren't designed for this style of plug and getting them installed correctly is very difficult.3) You are at a higher risk of damaging your printer by using these. I have personally experienced TWO shorts with this style of hot end. Both shorts resulted in terrible shocks/smells and required me to replace the extruder circuit board. This occurred when plugging in and plugging out the wiring harness. The replacement of this cost much more than what I saved and led to downtimes of around a month. That made this product not worth it for me. If you get this product, make sure that any nozzle changes you make are done when the power is OFF, and make sure that the wiring clip and harness isn't damaged in any way and that the clip fits SNUGLY into the harness, without any loose wires in the plug itself. A loose wire here may fry your extruder circuit board and make you a sad panda.4) Third party options that use the same all-in-one molded design as the official flashforge hotends do exist, and they work well. If you want a third party option, then that is the path I'd recommend. Then only thing you'd miss out on is the flexibility of being able to change the nozzle.5) This hotend style is currently the only option for the 5M that allows you to swap JUST the nozzle. I thought I could get one hotend and then swap nozzles depending on which filament type I was using, thereby getting a ton of reuse out of each hotend. In the end though, this did not work out for me because the durability of these hotends was limited because of the flimsy wiring in this design. I found a more reliable option was to have many hotends, one for each type of filament type, and just never replacing the nozzle.I'd recommend staying with the all-in-one molded hotend design the 5M printers. If you decide to try this style, then my advice is to install this hotend and then never uninstall it until it has a ton of use and ends up failing in the future. Every time you install/deinstall you are risking an issue and shortening the life of the hotend. I'd only recommend this style if you are just going to print one filament type (PLA, PETG, etc..) and then never change out your nozzle. Unfortunately, you'll still have to remove the hotend to address clogs every so often, so there is no sure fire way to avoid risking damaging the wiring.

現状問題なく使えています。ノズル周りが全てまとまっているので、交換が楽で良いです。ただ付属しているサーマルグリスの容器に穴が空いており、中身が漏れ出していました…これは…いただけないです…

既に同製品を２本持っているのでその感想としてまず、3Dプリンタ初心者が「次の交換ノズル」として買うのは避けたほうが良いAdventurerシリーズはノズル一体型で楽だが、本品はコネクタが別体なので交換には気を使うノズル側が嵌まる感覚もちょっと違うので、目視でしっかり確認すること使用上の注意は・レベリング補正してもズレる事があったので、軽く印刷したら再度補正を推奨・PID補正は必須（こちらは一度だけでOK）・ノズル先端が緩いとフィラメントが漏れるので要チェック・ノズル先端を締める時は付属のレンチを２本使用するメリットとしては・一般的なノズル先端と互換性あり(押出サイズの変更が可能)、安価な真鍮でも超硬でもOK・シリコンカバーつきでフィラメントがこびり付きにくい・安くて先端交換可能
