Easy to inflate and comes with the pump which is perfect. It helps with improving my balance while also massaging my feet. Feels great!

Smaller than anticipated, firm, but doesn't make my back any easier, I guess that down to the seat or surface you put it on

I read some reviews stating that they couldn't get it to inflate but I took a chance anyway. I couldn't get it to inflate! The needle was in as far as it would let me but wouldn't inflate. I was about to box it up and send it back when I decided to push the pump needle a little harder so I pinched the rubber so that I didn't pierce the opposite side and pushed the needle harder. Then I heard a little click and the needle went in completely flush to the cushion. Then I was able to inflate it fine. Maybe the valve inside isnt quite right and the needle needs forcing through, I'm not sure but its fine now. Just need to see if it stays inflated now. Will report back if I have any issues.

Will not inflate and the pump is flimsy. We have tried inflating with a more robust pump but it still won’t let any air in. I wouldn’t recommend for that reason.
