Next to each trigger is a switch which restricts that trigger's movement to enable hairtrigger mode, and further down on the rear of the controller are two paddle buttons which are textured and comfortable to use. The analogue sticks feel smooth with a good range of motion, and being hall effect they shouldn't succumb to the dreaded stick drift issue that other controllers do.The design and build quality of the controller is impressive. It feels quite light but very solid with no noticeable creaking when squeezed, and the materials used look and feel nice. There are no sharp edges along the seams where the two parts of the controller join, and no rattles from buttons etc. It feels comfortable in the hands, providing a similar level of comfort to my Xbox controller although it is slightly smaller. The Nova 2 Lite also looks stylish, with a grey and black colour scheme featuring orange highlights on the buttons and around the sticks, and a simple RGB LED uilluminating the edge of the centre button with the GameSir logo. No garish LEDs, colours or patterns here. II tried the GameSir Connect app for Windows and was impressed with its features and overall design, it was easy to use and can even be navigated with the controller itself, no mouse required. On first connecting the controller to my PC via the wireless dongle I received a prompt in the app that the controller firmware was out of date and to connect the controller directly with a USB-C cable. With the firmware updated, I could then connect and update the dongle which all went smoothly. The controller was immediately detected as an Xbox-stle controller in Steam and in games, and connected wirelessly there was no noticeable input lag or interference.I'm also impressed that GameSir have included a hard case for protecting the controller. It fits the Nova 2 Lite perfectly and is only slightly larger the controller itself, with a small section for storing the dongle. It's a great way to store the controller when travelling or just to keep it dust-free on a desk.Considering all the features they've packed in, as well as the build quality, design and the companion software, the GameSir Nova 2 Lite is really impressive value. The only downside is the relatively small 600mAh battery so you may find you need to keep it topped-up fairly often.

However, I am reviewing the item, assuming I paid the price currently on Bolo UK (after any Voucher) at: 29.99 .Would I buy the item at the price on Bolo UK, if I were looking for this type of item: Yes.I have a son called Luke, and I often ask myself, is this item ‘Luke-Proof’ – so, basically will it last a while before he breaks it, and I tend to give the item a score out of 10 as to how likely that it is to get broken, so in this case I am guessing: 7 out of 10. (If he breaks it faster, or lasts longer, I will update this if possible).What is included? = 1x Joystck Game Controller + 1x Case + 1x USB TX Adapter.Pros (what I liked about the product): For the price this is good value. I like the fact that the Controller in in its own stylish case that fits around it, and stores the USB TX Adapter. Looks robust and should last. Apple iPhone/iPad (iOS), Windows, Nintendo Switch, Android compatible.Cons (things I did not like about the item, etc): The name of their Company on Bolo is: GameSir Direct UK – BUT they are in China and not in the UK as they are implying!

I am a PC gamer so my review is related to this. I could link this to my Windows 11 gaming laptop in seconds via Bluetooth, and I have not noticed any lag. The wireless receiver is in the case but I have not had cause to use it. I have found exceptional stick and trigger precision, matching much more expensive controllers that I have used. I am told it does not work with Xbox or PlayStation. The software is available from the Microsoft store to be able to map the controller buttons. I have enjoyed using the controller even though it is fairly heavy because of the battery, which means that it operates for hours without having to be recharged. The build quality is excellent. There are what looks like docking connectors on the bottom, so I would think that these are available separately.

This GameSir Nova 2 Lite nails it! Rock-solid wireless performance, lightning-fast wired polling, and zero drift on the hall-effect sticks. The remappable buttons let me tailor profiles for Steam, Android and Switch, and the ergonomic grip kept my hands fresh through marathon sessions. Highly recommend for any serious gamer!

This really cool looking, very useful and helpful nova 2 lite wireless PC controller works as expected with no any errors and it's doing great job I must admit, it's very comfortable, quick and simple to set up and start using, but I mostly like that it looks like really good solid quality for long time of use.It's compatible with Switch, PC, Android, and iOS devices via Bluetooth.I also really like that the both strong and subtle vibrations delivered by this controller, which making every small crash and shot feel as if they’re happening right in your hands.I can easily recommended to anyone for this really reasonable price.

前機種と比較して、十字キーとLBRBがマクロスイッチになり、背面ボタン追加と使い勝手が良くなりました。マイクロストアアプリのGameSir ConnectをDLすると、本体とレシーバーのファームウェアアップデートが始まります。アプリの機能設定もわかりやすいです。トリガーストップはスイッチに切り替えでなく、途中で止めるタイプでちょっとクセがあり説明書では切り替え後に３回優しく一番深く押し込んで自動的に距離を調整とありますが、素早く何回か押し込んだほうが切り替えが早いです。

I'm in disbelief. This thing does it all. Xbox who? Playbox? Nah. GAMESIR. I just wish it looked olive green like the picture (yes I know it says grey). Easily the best controller I've ever owned. I'll never buy anything else. The feel, the clucky buttons, the two back buttons, the ability to lock your triggers for short pulls... *Leo decaprio slow clap*

Great budget wireless controller

The Gamesir Nova 2 Lite wireless controller is a great choice if you're looking for a budget wireless controller with good features. The first thing is the price point is really good for a wireless controller that supports Bluetooth and 2.4Ghz RF. It can also be connected by an included usb c to usb a cable.Pros:- Hall effect analog sticks and trigger buttons- Wireless with Bluetooth and 2.4Ghz RF options, wired mode when connected through usb c cable- Comes with a protective hard case- Built in functionality to change face button layout, set back buttons, change rumble intensity- Back grip buttons- Compatible with PC and Switch- Trigger switches to change travel distance for the triggersCons:- No gyro support for Switch- Rumble is okay but nothing exceptional- Wireless connection is a bit finicky to get connected- Back buttons get triggered easily with a tight gripWhile playing with the controller I did find that some input lag with the buttons when using wireless but it was mainly when the game started and in the starting menu, once the game got going it was fine. I did connect this to a Switch and it worked well, you can even change the button layout on the fly to match the switch layout which is nice. Though since the controller does not support gyro some games on the switch are just unplayable without it.I'm mainly using this on PC and it works well with most games in Steam though I had to use steam input to get it to work. The back grip of the controller has a pattern style to allow for a better grip, though if I hold the controller tightly I do find I end up pressing the back buttons by accident every once in a while though not often enough to be annoying. The bumpers and D-pad are some sort of switch because they are really clicky, I'm not a big fan of that because of the feel of pressing them but it still works fine.The hardcase is a nice addition, though I feel like the hinges on it are fragile. You can store the RF dongle in the case though I would have liked a place on the controller for it. I like the layout of the controller being an Xbox layout vs the PS layout, though this isn't supported for either systems.There is also software for the controller that you can use to modify even more on it, though I did not try this software out to see if it was useful. I do recommend this controller for anyone looking for a wireless budget alternative.
