Purchased so that I could back up my laptop data files. It worked but was much slower than I was expecting. However since trying again after removing the backup software it came with I now find it works exactly as i hoped it would. Speed now great...

Super slow! Not easy to use! Connected just fine and only 950gb are usableContacted support about the slow speedsand they tried to help but when I sent over the specs of my pc they just told me how much my pc should be able to move on a good day 5 gbps and I am not being funny but 14.64 MB is no where near that. It took 7 hours for o download back 4 blood so if it’s for gaming you want this don’t bother.
