Why did you choose this product over others?:I chose this product as it was cheaper than other products looking similar. I used it to hold small bottles into one of my wooden boxes. I had to make numerous 2 cm holes, and the foam ripped when I came to close to the foam edges. I could still use it though. It is probably OK to use this material if you have to make big cuts in the middle of it, it is not so great when you need to cut a more detailed design close to the edge of the material.

I ordered 40x33x2.5 cm foam. However what arrived were a bit less each side, longest side was not up to spec- was 39.4cm although it was 2.5cm thick. Suspect producer didn't bother to change inches to cm on their jig after cutting foam for N.American market.If you are like me who plan DIY jobs for the dry periods between Spring and Summer months, and shelf jobs for indoors during raining days, don't make my mistake of not inspecting the articles soon as they arrive; second time items arrived which didn't meet their spec's in 3 weeks but are beyond their return periods. Lessons Learnt!

Not the best purchase, I knew it would be posted from China due to the very long wait for it to arrive. The problem with the semi rigid foam is that if it gets crushed over a period of time it will not recover, consequently my delivery was crush so I ended up with 25mm thickness at one end and 15mm at the other as well as a lot of indentations across the two outer sheets the centre one of the 3 ordered was not too bad.
