I love the fact itās not filled with artificial flavours and sweeteners. Iām cutting down sugar so Iād much prefer monk fruit as a sweetener than steviol etc. It the best electrolytes Iāve had so far. Tastes pure and not full of nasties. Iāve had very sweet and very flavourful ones before but they tasted synthetic. I prefer natural ingredientsĀ Taste:Natural flavours, not intense because thereās no nastiesHydration:I used it while hiking in Peru and Bolivia, where hydration is crucial due to the altitude. I needed hydration without drinking too much water (lack of toilet facilities in the wild) and this saved me from having intense altitude sickness.

This is my second box of Hunter & Gather electrilites. I absolutely loved the first one which had no sugar or sweetners added. It was a salty hydrating drink which I really enjoyed. And it did a great job keeping me hydrated.Iām not sure if the recipe has been changed recently but I am not enjoying the addedd sweetness. I donāt think there was monk fruit in my previous batch but Iām sure I would have noticed the aftertaste as I donāt do well with sweetners, even the healthier options.It also disolves much worse that the previous batch. Quite disappointing as I love this brand.

I just donāt understand the negative reviews, it mixes fine and tastes much better with the small amount of natural sweetener in; itās a bit less salty in the reformulated version but still has a good amount of sodium potassium and magnesium in to rehydrate you after exercise, or when fasting, or eating lower carbohydrate. Something to bare in mind is that this product is for people who donāt eat processed/highly salted food and are either very active or on a low carb diet, which will require focussed sodium supplementation or additional salt added to food. Salt isnāt bad, itās actually essential but itās possible to eat too much; if you eat a crap diet youāre best off fixing that first before looking to supplements like this. Also yes these electrolyte sachets are expensive so donāt feel like it is essential you CAN just add extra salt to your food and water, itās just that isnāt necessarily palatable, particularly if you arenāt accustomed to very salty food. If you eat lower carbohydrate and are also very active/sweat a lot it can be quite hard to get enough sodium, in which case a supplement like this may help you.

When I travel I tend to sweat a lot. So first thing in the morning I take a Hunter & Gather Restore sachet in water. It helps keep my body salt, ECT. where they should be and reduces potential to cramp.

A clean electrolyte powder at a reasonable price. I use this brand for their keto mayonnaise and trust their product ethic. On a ketondiet I struggle to eat enough salt so these help after exercise and during fasting. A very fair price compared to alternatives and does the job. It makes about a pint of water slightly flavoured. Tastes absolutely fine. I use the mixed pack to mix it up as there are no bad flavours. Mixed berry is my favourite.
