I know that this can only be anecdotal but I definitely seem to get off to sleep easier, and my partner reports I'm not as restless as usual. I don't feel as tired during the day and I seem to be able to achieve more, particularly when exercising which is a great side benefit.

These are easy to swallow and it's a good size bag with 45 nights supply. You have to persevere, as with any supplement, so don't expect amazing results the first night. After about a week is when I started to notice I was sleeping a little longer. I've just finished the bag and I've had overall better sleep than normal, and weirdly vivid dreams.
