My ankles are not swollen at all, apart from when it was 38c but not swollen half as much as it was previously.Would highly recommend.

After using another brand I didn't hold much hope, but these are amazing. Took my lower legs, ankles and feet down to half the size they've been for a few months now; and in just one week! Fantastic!

Arrived today..Quick deliveryI wanted to trial these as i have had said to me a few times! Maybe its water retention?.. i have been battling my weight for years and i mean years..Im 12st and 5ft 3.. i have been 10st 4 so i know it can be achieved..done the menopause! Thank god thats done 3 years ago..I'm Very fit in exercise..i love to walk and use my echelon bike..and eat healthy..dont smoke or consume alcoholSo day 1 taken 1 capsule so far lets see how effective they are!No after tasteEasy to swallow ( a good size)I will update my post after the bottle is empty 😁

I’m a fan of dandelion root because it works for me. This supplements contains 1600mg of dandelion root and acts as a diuretic.The bottle contains 90 capsules and they recommended one or two capsules per day.Recommended.

I get water retention at certain times of the month especially with salty food so I like to take these to counteract the symptoms. I’ve found the dandelion root works well, it does increase urination only slightly but it does also help release excess water the body holds when it’s got to much sodium or imbalances, so my face and body is noticeably less puffy when I take these.The tablets come with a plastic seal around it so it can’t have been opened before. It says to take with a meal so I put one aside for when I have my next meal so I don’t forget and take as and when I feel the need to. For me it’s good value for money at £14.99 for 90 capsules as they will last me at least 3 months.
