Really good Supplement, high strength so lowers blood sugar, need to be careful and use with caution. No aftertaste, easily taken, best with a full meal.

Purchased as read about the wonderous weight loss property of them.Well I have seen improved skin, I’ve more energy, but I’m still as dumpy as ever despite taking these and exercising. Do they help weight loss? Not in my opinion.Have they given some nice added benefits (skin, hair, nails)? Yes.They don’t taste of anything and quite small so easy to swallow.

So, at first I was sceptical about this product, I read the reviews that said people felt bloated or no weight was lost and wasn’t going to try these. Then I decided to read up about this natural herb to see exactly what it does. This natural herbal tablet actually increases your natural metabolism but will make you feel bloated if you eat too much, as apposed to just feeling full and uncomfortable when you’ve had your big meals.Anyway so the first 3/4 days I took these religiously with my morning breakfast and by the time I had eaten my evening meal I was feeling bloated, uncomfortable and nearly gave up. Then I stopped and thought, no weight will go unless I start to make changes myself, maybe if I made a few better food choices and kept taking these tablets something would happen??Now I’m a 54 yr old lady who has been in full menopause for last 4 yrs, my digestive system is so slow I sometimes don’t go toilet for days have put on 5 stone in last 4 yrs also my increased need for sweet things and chocolate had got out of hand. I do like fruit and vegetables but often can’t be bothered to buy them.So after the initial 4 days of still eating chips, chocolate, pastas, cakes and take away food and just feeling bloated whilst taking these tablets I decided I was gonna start by stopping ALL sweets/ crisps and reduce my white bread intake. It was hard but after the initial 3/4 day detox from them and replacing my sweet tooth with apples, bananas etc I stopped feeling bloated and stopped my midnight craving for them. Then on day 8 I got out my juicer so started my digestive process off with juicing two fresh apples and a thumb size piece of ginger, having fruit and probiotic yogurt, flax, pumpkin and sunflower seeds along with a probiotic drink (these all help digestion, kidney function and reduce smelly toilet times) and by midday I was happy to just have a salad with fruit. I increased my water intake and ate nice cooked meals of an evening but never once looked at my calorie intake. I decided to trust the process of allow all the good seeds, fruit, herbal tablets to do their stuff inside my body and it’s actually working. I’ve been on this kind of eating plan for over 10 days now and I’ve lost 5 lbs, I’m not stressed up over counting calories and I’m certainly not starving myself, I’m just replacing the take away food and sweets with fruit and letting the product do its bit.So basically if you think your gonna take these tablets, eat the same rubbish you have been eating and not feel bloated and loose weight it isn’t gonna happen.Flax seeds are great at keeping the bowels movingApples and ginger are an amazing boost to your digestive processSunflower and pumpkin seeds support kidneys so your only urinating out toxins and not vital vitamins and these supplements help with the effectiveness of your whole digestive process. When all these are inline you WILL loose weight, start to feel better in yourself and hopefully reach your goal.Remember you are what you eat, if you think you can loose weight by taking any ozempic type drug (which isn’t natural and puts stress on your gallbladder and pancreas) and still eat takeouts and sweets then it’s never gonna happen.Trust in the process, read up about the above natural suggestions and take your time. It might take longer to loose the weight this way but I will stay off, if you opt for the quick fix approach not only is it expensive and extremely dangerous to your vital organs but when you do stop if the weight will return double.

Product seems okay, however the dosages are very low. Each capsule contains 200mg of extract, which if taken once a day as advised is nowhere near a suitable dose. Most research advocates for doses between 500mg - 2000mg of extract, with many studies citing at least 1000mg for a valuable impact. If you take that into account and up your dosage accordingly, then the capsules will not last you very long and it will cost you a fortune. Very misleading stating you're getting 2000mg, when it only contains 200mg extract.

I discovered Berberine when studying all about Candida and it is a great antifungal. The main reason I use it as I need to urinate a lot more than is ideal and this product really works for me for that reason! I really notice it when I run out, it’s a life saver!

1 Star – Misleading and Not High Strength as AdvertisedI bought this because the front of the packet and the Bolo listing both say “High Strength 2000mg – one per day.” That’s very misleading.When you check the back of the pack, each capsule actually contains only 200mg of berberine extract. The “2000mg” they advertise is just the raw plant equivalent, not the active amount.To put this in context, most research studies use around 1000–1500mg per day for results. So taking just one of these capsules daily gives you a fraction of what’s effective.This product should clearly state 200mg per capsule on the front, instead of making it look like you’re getting 2000mg. Very disappointed this was sold as Bolo’s Choice.

I’ve been taking these for the past two weeks & have definitely noticed a difference with the appetite suppression & no unwanted side affects I definitely think that they are great value for money so far .
