    Firstly let me say this was my first Aqara product experience and although it wasn’t a great product I still plan on buying other products from them as I build out my smart home.Having said that, for me the Aqara Smart Lock U200 Lite wasn’t a great solution.I started updating my lock and cylinder to the thumb lock style euro cylinder as my old style lock and key were not compatible with product. This was needing to be done anyway but be sure to confirm you have done research before buying.To be fair the product worked most of the short time I had it. I noticed it didn’t sound great while operational even when on Quiet mode.Sure it had jammed a couple of times when I was initially setting up but got to a stage where it was working consistently. Until it didn’t!After about 5 days I had someone come knocking my door in the morning and in process of unlocking the door it jammed! I eventually managed to get it unlocked in decent time but it was my deciding factor to return the item.If it were to jam when I’m on the outside or even in an emergency situation it could possibly be dangerous.I really liked the idea of having a smart lock and the peace of mind it would offer and security it would provide automatically locking behind me. But wasn’t really impressed by the NFC tags. It seems more clunky than grabbing keys out my pocket.The process:1. Phone must be unlocked2.Scan tag3. Scanning prompts you to open Aqara app to then finally5. Unlock door.Not an overly easy to use procedure to get into your home.I don’t know if they can streamline that process but I had more joy linking to HomeKit and setting a shortcut to press while walking up to the door.A lot of my pain points might have been resolved had I gone for one of the more advanced models. Such as entry via fingerprint or code. But I’ve decided to stick with the old fashioned method for now.TLDR: I had issues with this product but I will still buy other products from Aqara.

    reason for 3 star.... you cannot use this with alexa on its own, i can only use this via bluetoothexample when you do the setup I expeceted to lock to connect to my wifi but it dose not do thisEven the most cheap tacky devices will connect to alexa over wifi its very missleading to just say it can use alexaPete

    did not fit my upvc lift to lock door, only found out when i went to close it and the lock hit the frame, wasted 2 hours on this which is a shame but its just too big.

    La Aqara U200 Lite ha superado mis expectativas. La instalación fue muy sencilla, no necesité hacer agujeros ni modificar la puerta, en pocos minutos ya estaba funcionando. Me encanta que sea compatible con Matter sobre Thread, lo que me permite integrarla fácilmente con Alexa y HomeKit sin necesidad de un hub adicional.El modo silencioso es un puntazo, sobre todo por la noche, y el auto-lock me da tranquilidad porque nunca se queda la puerta abierta por descuido. También me resulta muy práctico poder abrir con el móvil, con comandos de voz o incluso con la tarjeta NFC que incluye.La batería dura bastante (unos meses sin problemas) y se recarga por USB-C de forma rápida. Además, la construcción se nota robusta y de buena calidad.En resumen, una cerradura inteligente segura, moderna y práctica, con una relación calidad-precio excelente. La recomiendo sin dudar.

    Ho recentemente installato una serratura smart a gara e devo dire che le mie aspettative sono state ampiamente superate. Fin dal primo momento, si percepisce una cura eccezionale nei dettagli, sia nel design che nella qualità dei materiali. Non è solo un dispositivo funzionale, ma anche un bell'oggetto che si integra perfettamente con l'estetica della porta.​L'installazione è stata sorprendentemente facile e intuitiva. Non sono un esperto di fai-da-te, eppure sono riuscito a montarla senza problemi seguendo le istruzioni. Questo è un grande vantaggio per chiunque voglia aggiornare la propria casa senza ricorrere necessariamente a un tecnico.​Ma il vero punto di forza è il suo funzionamento impeccabile.
