At 244cm x 122cm, it gives me plenty of space to move around. I used to struggle with smaller mats that left me feeling cramped or like I was constantly adjusting my position. With this one, I can stretch, jump, or roll out without worrying about running out of space. It's especially great for larger movements, like lunges or stretches, where I need a little more room.The extra thickness is another big plus. I’ve used a lot of exercise mats over the years, but this one has the best cushioning by far. It’s thick enough to provide great support and comfort without being too soft. When I do exercises that put pressure on my joints, like lunges or kneeling exercises, I feel a lot less strain on my knees and elbows, which is a huge relief. The mat also does an excellent job of absorbing impact during high-intensity workouts, so my joints stay protected.During my workouts, especially those involving jumping or fast movements, I don’t have to worry about slipping or sliding. The mat stays in place no matter what, which gives me confidence to push myself harder during each session.I’ve also been impressed with how easy it is to clean. After every workout, I just wipe it down with a damp cloth, and it looks brand new again. The material doesn’t absorb sweat or dirt, making it super easy to maintain. It’s nice to know that after a tough workout, I don’t have to worry about my mat getting ruined or smelly.Rolling it up can be a bit heavy and awkward, but it's manageable and definitely not a dealbreaker. I store it in a corner of my room, and it’s fine as long as you have the space for it.

As exercise mats go this one is a very good size, provided you have the room at home to lay it out. Instead of having to constantly shuffle your position or being careful not to move off the traditional roll up type yoga mats, this one actually provides more than enough room to exercise without worrying about your positioning on the mat.The mat arrives neatly rolled up in a cardboard box, and if I had one criticism it would be that it has a very strong chemical smell when it's first unwrapped but that soon dissipates if you leave it open for a few hours.I was worried that it might not provide enough cushioning as it is about half the thickness of the usual roll up mats, but because it is a much higher density material the cushioning is actually just as good. The density also means that it doesn't deform quite so much underfoot, so if you're trying to do a yoga pose that requires balance this will provide much more stability than the thicker but lower density foam mats.The mat has a slightly glossy finish, making it very easy to wipe away sweat after you've finished exercising, and my impression is that it should last well and provide years of service if you don't abuse it. It isn't cheap, but if it lasts as well as it cushions then it will still provide good value.

The media could not be loaded. This is an excellent quality mat with plenty of space for all types of exercise. I work out at home and previously used a standard yoga mat that would often slip. This one, however, stays firmly in place and is perfect for more intensive workouts.It provides great grip on both carpet and hard floors, and the thickness is just right – soft yet supportive. The material feels durable, making it ideal for a home gym setup, whether for fitness training, yoga, or cardio exercises.After use, it's easy to fold and store away. I've been using the large exercise mat for a few weeks now, and it's been much better than expected. The size is perfect: I finally have enough room to move freely during my workouts.I like that it stays firmly in place thanks to its non-slip surface.The cushioning is also excellent. It's thick and dense enough to protect my knees and back during floor exercises, but not so soft that I lose my balance.Another thing I liked is that it's very easy to clean, which is a huge plus after intense sessions.It feels high-quality and durable.Pros:Very spacious: I never feel cramped.Great support and protection for my joints.Non-slip and stays in place.Easy to clean and durable.It offers good value for money, and I would be happy to recommend it, as it has been very useful during my home workouts.

These exercise mats feel seriously solid. At 244 cm by 122 cm they cover a huge area, so there’s plenty of space for stretches, yoga or cardio moves. The extra thickness gives a cushioned feel underfoot, and you really notice the support during high-impact workouts or when using a jump rope.The surface is grippy, so even when things get sweaty it stays in place and doesn’t slip on wooden or tiled floors. The density is high, so it doesn’t flatten out under pressure or squish down after a few uses. It feels like something made to last.It’s a decent weight but still manageable to roll up and move around the room. I’ve used it in the garage, the living room and even outdoors when the weather is nice. Cleaning it is easy too – a quick wipe with a damp cloth and it’s good as new.All in all it feels like good value for anyone setting up a home gym. It’s spacious, comfortable and sturdy, without being overly complicated. If you want one mat that handles all kinds of workouts, this one really delivers.
