Wow it works! The other day I had some with water, in the afternoon (about half a tea spoon) just to stay well awake when I was working. It doesn't taste nice (but it can be mixed with cereals, yogurt etc and that's better than with water) but I was feeling nice and alert. Then towards the evening I had about the same, and all was good. No palpitation or feeling a bit agitated like when I drink one coffee too many. Was working till late, then I go home, had dinner, relaxed a bit, went to bed... and I couldn't sleep. 3, 4, 5 AM, I got up, I was reading in bed... nothing, till 8 AM! Then I slept a few hours. Luckily it was Sunday so I just took it easy, and next time I'll be more careful - when/how much :)So just know that it works: it's a stimulant, it keeps you awake, no nasty effects (apart from feeling groggy the following day if you haven't slept:)

Actually gives you energy. I sprinkle a bit in black coffee without tasting it. I also made milkshakes with it- that way you can add lots of it. I highly recommend- even if you can't see any differences after consumption, it's great for your intestinal microflora. Taste by itself is not nice, and it doesn't dissolve (which is great for the colon). So you can't simply drink it from a shaker bottle mixed with water. Quality is great also. Effective for bowel movements as you can imagine!

I add a heaped teaspoon of this to decaf coffee every morning and it gives me more energy than any strong coffee. Gives a nice lift to energy levels and doesn't leave me with any jitters, upset stomach of post caffeine crash like coffee sometimes does. The taste is quite bitter though (I think all guarana powder is?) so I add plenty of (dairy free in my case) milk to neutralise that a bit. I'm sure there are other ways of making it more palatable, but this works for me!

Much stronger than my last batch. I use a teaspon before the harder martial arts classes. I usually sleep no problem but was wired all night first two times I used this one. Reduced dosage to allow for the stregnth.A little grainy but the smoother stuff is twice the price so this still gets 5 stars from me. The grainyness is accomodated by a good deal price.I've seen other reports of the foul taste. Personally I put a (half, now) teaspoon in a small glass with a teaspoon of molasses and a little hot water and neck it like a tequila or double whiskey. It's not about the taste..great effect.

☀️Yea when I first purchased this Product iz fine then re-ordered during tail-off from pandemic €ffects & the product had become jumbled with some other product & I had to return it az it was not Guarana in the labelled package ... I bought from another seller and the Guarana arrived safe and well and the correct product in itz package I believe Bolo was able to pass on My concerns with the return and I assume "SevenHills" will have been able to correct the problem az soon az possible ... hope €verything works-out OK🌈🌴🌴🌏🎶☀️

Ich habe nun schon mehrere Sorten getestet und muss sagen, dass mir dieses Produkt insgesamt sehr gut gefällt!Lieferung: sehr schnell, kam mit prime am nächsten Tag!Preis: Angemessen für knappe 12 EuroKonsistenz: ziemlich regelmäßige Körnung. Konkurrenzprodukte waren im Vergleich viel gröber und schon fast..sandiger. Dieses Pulver ist ganz ok.Performance in Flüssigkeiten: Ich mische dieses Produkt unter Orangensaft. Natürlich löst es sich nicht ganz auf, aber man kann Klümpchen sehr gut minimieren und es wird nicht wirklich zu Matsch wenn man es unterrührt. Mit Osaft schmeckt es auch nicht so bitter :) Farbe ist eher hell.Guarana-Wirkung: Beim ersten Mal probieren habe ich gemerkt, dass der Guaranin (Koffein-) gehalt nicht ganz so hoch ist wie bei der Konkurrenz, aber das finde ich nicht schlimm. Auf einem etwas leereren Magen reichen trotzdem 2 gehäufte Teelöffel völlig aus, um eine starke Wirkung zu spüren (und das sage ich als Person mit einem hohen Kaffee und Energykonsum!). D.h. auf vollen Magen die Dosis eventuell etwas erhöhen, falls man bei 1-2 TL nicht viel spürt :)Vor allem als (Medizin-) Studentin die viele Stunden lernt und die Konzentration braucht, kann ich dieses Produkt nur herzlichst weiterempfehlen. Statt dem üblichem Kaffeecrash der viel zu schnell nach dem Konsum auftritt, hält die Wirkung hier sehr viel länger an und verleitet nicht zu einem Down. Ich habe schon Guarana verschiedener Hersteller getestet und dieses hier hat mich am meisten überzeugt. Der Geschmack ist nicht so widerlich wie bei manch anderen. Es riecht erdig und ist schön fein gemahlen. Wirkung ist spürbar und angenehm. Ich nehme meist einen halben Teelöffel.

Parfait remplaçant du café, dopage légal.

Pour aller à l'essentiel :Points positifs :- économique, bon rapport qualité prix (surtout en sachet d'1kg)- qualité de poudre impeccable- sachet robuste et refermable avec zip, très appréciable- boost du métabolisme très efficace- beaucoup moins d'effets secondaires que le café (tremblements, nervosité)- plus efficace sur la concentration mentale que le café, et effet plus durable- effet coupe-faim non négligeable sur moi, tout comme rapporté chez pas mal de personnes- poudre de graine brute, non chauffée, apportant une grande richesse (micro) nutritionnelle et des vertus santé indubitables (astringence, digestion, hépatoprotection, etc.)- possibilité d'ajuster son dosage de poudre en fonction de ses besoinsPoints négatifs :- accoutumance assez rapide si trop de prises sans pause (tout comme le café)- contre-coup du sevrage (maux de tête éventuels, tout comme le café)- goût un peu fortVoilà. Pour développer un peu plus, donc pour ma part, je consommais depuis plus d'un an du guarana sous forme de comprimés d'environ 1g d'extrait de guarana, en remplacement du café, et ça m'allait très bien. Mais comme c'est maintenant en rupture, j'ai été un peu contraint d'essayer la poudre.Je ne regrette pas. Effet énergisant rapide. Et perso, je supporte bien le goût, je mets ma cuillerée de poudre direct dans la bouche, et j'avale avec de l'eau. Je suis un grand amateur de bière IPA il faut dire, donc l'amertume ne me fait pas peur. Mais franchement, vu que c'est de la poudre brute et un peu irrégulière, c'est pas du tout aussi amer que du café torréfié raffiné, par exemple.

Tra le varie proposte mi sono orientato su questa della "Sevenhills Wholefoods" consigliatami da un amico che da anni usai prodotti di questo marchio, elogiandomene l'alta qualità ad un prezzo onesto.In effetti, confermo esserne rimasto molto soddisfatto!Ho acquistato il guaranà in polvere per le sue proprietà di integratore energetico, poichè ero un pò fiacco e sempre stanco.Come dose, siccome il guaranà contiene tra il 3,6 e il 5,8% di caffeina rispetto al suo peso, mentre il caffè che ne ha solo il 2%, hopreferito iniziare assumendone non più di 2 o 3 grammi al giorno.Lo assumo dopo pranzo e comunque entro le 15:00 per non rischiare poi di non dormire la notte (a modi occhi sbarrati che guardano il soffitto:-)).Personalmente mi piace scioglierlo in mezzo bicchiere di latte normale o latte di mandorle (come nell'esempio in foto).Da qualche giorno ho notato aver acquisito più energia e vi garantisco che non è un "effetto placebo". Lo sento proprio a livello fisico effettivo, sono meno stanco e più reattivo durante la giornata.La qualità è davvero eccellente. Ce ne si accorge già quando aprendo la busta esce l'aroma del vero guaranà.Inoltre questo è garantito come 100% Biologico, privo di allergeni e senza glutine.Nell'insieme, considerato anche il prezzo super conveniente, non mi aspettavo la buona qualità che invece ho riscontrato in questo prodotto.Ho fatto qualche foto in modo da aiutarvi a valutare meglio come si presenta nella realtà!Spedizione da parte di Bolo, puntuale come sempre!CONCLUSIONI: Soldi davvero ben spesi, prodotto ECCELLENTE!
