I saw this and decided it was time to try it. This arrives in a clear zip pouch. This cap has gel inside so its soft and squishy. You put it in the freezer for a hour and then you can wear it. This is so relaxing and it really helps freeze your migraine out. If it's to cold you can let it sit for a couple minutes then try again. This didn't leak on my face or make my face red. I like how it comes with the bag to keep it clean and dry. This is a total lifesaver. Also I reduce my migraine meds , improved my mental health and sleep . Many thanks to Myhalos team :)

I ordered this due to a migraine type issue. It arrived promptly and packaged well I can recommend the seller and product the price was reasonable.It fitted my small head without being too tight mine measures just at the minimum range stated. However this was in the freezer straight away for 30 mins as I had migraine cluster style headache, it came out extremely cold and when AI used it the cold dissipated in 23 mins it works but only for a very short time. It's is odourless, does have a bag to use for the freezer, it was comfortable for my small head but I was disappointed with time is remained cold. I do have gel ice packs that work for much longer.However it is comfy and works. Briefly.

I suffer from headaches due to eye issues and this has been the best purchase I have made. Bought it a year ago and still use it regularly. The cooling lasts for a good hour slowly getting warmer. The material is soft and comfortable. Just 20 minutes in the freezer are enough for the hat to cool down and to be ready for another use. It is not too heavy, fits well and it is easy to use. For a year use it has absorbed some freezer smells but it was easy enough to clean. Sometimes works better than painkillers.

I tried a cheap one first to see if it would help and it did. But after getting this one OMG it is amazing, it stays colder longer, feels so much better and I will be using this all the time. So happy I bought this.
Best gel cap
The gel is thick and is 360 degrees as advertised. Unlike many other cheaper options on Bolowhere the gel pads only cover half the head (front or back) despite their advertising.the coolness only lasts about 30min even when taken ice cold from the freezer but it’s better than nothing.This has helped me avoid taking painkillers for my migraines.
