Exceptionally Well Built!
This F1 was a lot of fun to assemble, high quality parts and a clear detailed manual made it so much easier. The manual contains a lot of information about the vehicle and this set is licensed. It has several mechanical features that you are able to see after assembly. Everything about this set is high quality from the packaging to the pieces to the manual. Finished model is large at 1:8 scale and is a great conversation piece.
Missing pieces and don't have a good support model to provide the missing pieces
Lots of missing parts, only got to know when you are making it. Tried to order some parts which are not even show you as an option. Abandoned until I received the missing pieces... very inconvenient :/
Super Cool F1 Car Building Set (Giant Sized)
If you're into F1 or you're into building sets then this is a super nice set . Its important to know if you have room for it because its GIANT!!. Some people use wall hangars made specifically for these cars. You can see in my pictures how just 1 wheel is as large as my hand. The manual is also beautifully done and its like an encyclopedia at about 350 pages. This set is a licensed real F1 team with all of the real livery on the outside. There are also several mechanical features. You absolutely cant go wrong with this huge F1 building set.
Makes me miss Bottas...
Impressive set! From the meticulous packaging, to the quality building pieces and the high-quality directions book, this is a steal compared to some other F1 building sets (ahem). Of note, the set comes with numbers 24 (Zhou) or 77 (Bottas) - your build, your choice at 1:8 scale, this is a large model when it's all said and done. I recommend checking out wall mounts! Very cool and even if Sauber isn't your jam, I don't know a F1 enthusiast that would be mad to get such a stunning set.
