This mini food chopper proved ideal for chopping vegetables and grinding nuts without taking up too much space on my kitchen top. It features a mechanical safety switch that prevents operation unless the lid is securely closed - a reassuring safety measure. Initially, both the lid and container were a bit stiff to remove and attach, but they loosened slightly with use, making the process smoother over time. There is just a single one button operation to start the blade and needs to be held down until chopping is done. I prefer this as it prevents motor burn out and ensures that I pay attention to what's happening within the container.The reassuringly thick blade lifts out easily and, along with the lid and container, is simple to clean. Overall, this chopper performs well. If not for the slightly rough removal process, I would have rated it five stars. Longevity remains to be seen, particularly as the motor is often the first point of failure with devices like this.

You need to cut vegetables in small chunks before chopping. Does a really good job with onions. You need enough quantity for this to work best, less quantity you will not get an expected output. Sometimes when you want to chop every chunk it starts mincing the smaller pieces and you are left with granules of your veggies. Overall this is helpful and I use it regularly. Very handy and easy to clean and use.Hope you find this review helpful.

Goes threadbare quickly
It took less than a year of semi frequent use for the device to go threadbare and refuse to spin if there's anything more than the slightest resistance
Worked for less than a minute.
The media could not be loaded. 3/10 don’t know if I would get this again because it looked like it worked great but then it only worked for about 45 seconds before giving me problems and then not workin all together. So we opened the box, it’s unplugged, we’re pressing the top button that is used to chop up the food and it’s working fine. We took the lid off fine. See unfortunately did not take the bowl off of the food processing machine but I doubt that was the reason why it doesn’t work because after we were done actually using it, it wouldn’t come off anyways. I watched the assembly videos but it looks like mine is just broken. All of a sudden while using it, after we find out that the bowl would NOT move, we noticed that the chopping button was completely stuck and would not press down. We tried reassembling it but assembly was already messed up but now the button doesn’t work at all, making the food processor to not work. It may have been just my food processor that was messed up because I see other people have theirs work perfectly fine but that was not the case for me. I don’t think I’d buy this again.
