★★★★★I have to admit, when I first unboxed this sleep mask, I was pretty skeptical. All my previous masks have been thick and padded, so I was worried this one felt far too thin and flimsy to actually do the job. I was completely wrong.My main concern was light leakage, especially with the sun rising so early at this time of year. But the design is brilliant. It contours to my face perfectly, especially around the nose, and blocks out virtually all light. I'm a very light sleeper, and this creates a perfect pitch-black environment for me.But the biggest, most welcome surprise is how comfortable it is. The lightweight material is the real game-changer. With the warmer nights we've been having recently, my old, bulky masks would leave me feeling stuffy and sweaty. This one is so breathable; it doesn't trap heat at all. I completely forget I'm even wearing it. The adjustable strap is also great – it's soft and doesn't snag my hair, and it keeps the mask securely in place all night without feeling too tight.So, if you're like me and have struggled with hot, bulky masks in the past, give this one a go. My initial worries were completely unfounded. It's the best of both worlds: total darkness and amazing comfort. A definite five stars from me.

Never got on with sleep masks before so was dubious. However after reading a decent review and seeing this being sold for a very good price, I went ahead. It really does work! Total blackout, very lightweight and comfy. My sleep has definitely improved, particularly daytime naps 😂 My partner also got one a few days after me and says exactly the same.

Good mask and blocks out all the light while not touching your eyes at all so it's confortable to wear overnight while you sleep. The main issue is that our of the box it has a very strong chemical smell, souch so that I couldn't wear it for a few days and had to air it out.

I'm an old man and in all my years, I have never used one of these. But with age comes sleep problems, and I struggle.....enter this incredible blackout sleep mask. It works a treat, it comfortable, nice fit, and it's not just dark, it's black. The way it just sits off the eyes means you can lay on your side easily. I would certainly recommend trying one if you are struggling with sleep.

Best 5 British pounds that I paid during a sale for any item over 10 years on Bolo.Comfy and relaxing as well as reliable.I work evenings and sleep early mornings to mid day. My friend is up all night and needs light on most of the night and this item is a life saviour combined with the ear plugs included!10 out of 10 value for money😉

These are absolutely brilliant, really comfortable you get complete blackout and I don't wake up with blurry eyes because of the eye cut out section. Would definitely recommend and you get ear plugs as a bonus.

If anyone knows anything about me is that I absolutely love sleep masks. I think the benefits of them run large and wide since the human body has a hard time going to sleep if there is any ambient light in the room that can be from LEDs street lights just peeking out the window or the TV glow. I tried to limit all of these light sources in my room however it's somewhat impossible and today is electronic age - everything has an LED. That is where the Sleep masks come in. However they are all not made the same. One thing that has always bothered me about them since I have a large nose is that the light always likes to peek underneath the mask. Well if that happens to you too fret no longer because this mask has an extra piece of material to block that bottom light. It is that small piece of fabric right there that basically gives this product five stars. I do have another one that is a lot more expensive but a little bit more comfortable with the gel so I do end up using that one more than this one when I am at home. However I always believe in having backups when it comes to sleep especially if you are sleeping somewhere else such as a girlfriend's house, family member, or going on vacation . This mask wants a little tight at first however you can also adjust it with the strap in the back. I did notice that even after adjustment it was still a little tight. I would say that it's tight around the head but not so much the eyes which is a good thing. That isn't the worst thing also  since sleep masks tend of fall off when you are sleeping and that can actually wake you up to be exposed to light when you move in your sleep. This one does not do that so I appreciate that a lot as well. I think for the price and the features that this one is definitely worth it if you are going to spend a little bit more there are more comfortable options available however you may get one of the little bugs that were described above.

About 3 months ago I came across a very interesting article that cited the benefits of using a sleeping mask. One of the things that was mentioned was that when the eyes perceive absolute darkness while using a mask it sends a signal to the brain to start 'shutting down", to increase melatonin production and begin the sleep process. It also mentioned that it could increase the quality and length of sleep. I had a mask lying around that I had bought years ago but never used. So I took it out, dusted it off and began to use it to see what happened. From the very first use I noticed that I did not wake up as soon as it got light out but kept sleeping about 1.5 hours beyond my normal 5:30 am waking time (with or without alarms). I have been using a mask ever since.The problem is that my mask will not give me total blackout when I sleep on my side (I have noticed it as I begin to fall asleep while on my side). This mask claimed that it would give me total blackout, even if I am on my side. Guess what? They were right. I used it last night for the first time and the mask was total blackout on my back and sides. So the other one I will keep as a spare but this one is now my daily use mask.I also appreciated the way the mask is packaged. (See photos). They packaged it very elegantly making it ideal for a gift. (Rule of thumb for me: If it is well packaged it is normally a good quality product). Their instructions insert comes in 10 different languages and they also include 2 sets of ear plugs (those will come in handy for overseas flights.Overall I am very satisfied with the mask.

Works for me and I use a CPAP with a nasal pillow

As someone who uses a CPAP, my big concern with any mask is: will it work with my nasal pillow? I've tried a few of these 3D masks and they don't always work, because of how the mask fits around my nose. Sometimes the mask can't mold to my nose and it leaves small gaps around my nostrils.This one works! I think it works better than some others I've tried as it's made of a soft and pliable foam (or something like foam, I'm not sure what exactly it's made of). I sleep on both my back and my side (not at the same time!) and it seems to work in either position. I've not woken up with the mask out of place or anything, even though I sometimes toss and turn a bit in my sleep.As for blocking light, so far as I can tell it's pretty good. I'm not super sensitive to light but obviously, I do prefer it dark when I sleep, and summer is a good time for testing these things as it's sometimes light when I wake up or even sometimes when I go to bed early. I keep my eyes shut but normally, without a mask, the light permeates through my eyelids some. This mask stops that.
