… the god damn water spout is useless! Water just going off in any and all directions making it difficult to down right impossible to easily pour a mug of hot water for tea, instant coffee or hot chocolate.I can’t believe something with so many top features and a great design went sideways with the flat spout causing a very very poor directional pour. It was that bad I’ve had to return the item as unfit for purpose. (And have seen several videos on a popular platform confirming others with the same thoughts)All, voice and feature control otherwise is all great and what one would expect for an advanced smart kettle. You can adjust the final temperature making it easier to ensure you don’t burn and damage your tea leaves or the flavour of your coffee.Boiling is quick and efficient with a great range of functions including those for use with baby formula. Relatively light weight even when full although the kettle is not huge is more than capable of preparing enough water for 4-6 mugs.If they could only have spent an iota more time reviewing and testing the water spout this would have been an amazing purchase but I could couldn’t get away with the all over the place pour.

This is a great kettle with a couple of small flaws. The good things are the temperature adjustment, the sealed (like a thermos flask) design, tiny amounts of steam that it produces which means it's fine to leave under the kitchen cupboards. Also the fact that the water stays warmer for longer in the kettle. The filter is built into the lid which is great but does mean that when you remove the lid to fill up the 1.3l capacity then the lid leaks lots of water so be careful. The bad points are that the app/WiFi only acts as a notification device for the kettle - you can't turn it on in the morning before you get up which is what I was hoping for. You can try it via the app but it tells you to turn it on via the base. Also, when the kettle powers off you can't use the app to see the current temperature of the water.A few gripes, but overall a cool kettle (probably overpriced) but I got it because I wanted to be able to fill my thermos up in the morning and have it at a temperature where I can drink it on my way to work without it removing the insides of my mouth.

as another reviewer stated on Bolo there are also loads online saying the same problem why would you have a really expensive kettle with all the bells and whistles and you cant do the basics ie pour out the water straight it dribbles out iam pushing really down on lid incase anybody says iam doing something wrong
