I read the reviews and all seemed positive, so I took a gamble. Out of the box it feels fairly heavy and a good quality, I loved the heat setting and the fact you can change the rotation of the massage heads. It was really easy to use, but I will say the power cord could be slightly longer. Overall, I have used this 5-6 times now and I feel so relaxed after, I can feel the tension leaving my body. It worked brilliantly and even my mom has enjoyed having a little 10 minute break at my house

I've been dealing with some persistent neck and shoulder tension from sitting at a desk all day, so I decided to give this WERTYI massager a try. Honestly, it's been a game-changer.The 3D kneading nodes really get in there – it feels like actual fingers working out the knots, not just a weak vibration. It's properly deep tissue, especially on the higher setting. The shiatsu style is surprisingly effective.Adding the heat function takes it to another level. It's not too hot, just a really pleasant warmth that helps to relax the muscles even more before the kneading starts. It makes a noticeable difference in loosening things up.I love how versatile it is. The straps make it easy to position perfectly on my neck and shoulders, but I've also used it on my lower back and even my legs after a long walk, and it works great there too. The fact that it comes with both a regular plug and a car adapter is super convenient – I've actually used it during a commute (as a passenger!) and it was fantastic.It feels well-made and durable. For the price, the relief it provides is excellent. It would definitely make a great gift for anyone dealing with muscle aches and pains. Thumbs up from me!

This massager really surprised me initially in terms of the actual size - it was larger than I expected it to be.The controls to operate are built in to the left hand side of the device, so clearly designed for right handed people. The device requires a mains supply using the included power adapter, however I'd have preferred some extra length on the power cable. There's also a car adapter included should you wish to power the device whilst in your car.The massage effect is really quite good. The 8 built in massage heads can be operated at 3 different speeds and the direction of rotation changed via the controls. The heating function is very subtle and can also be switched on and off via the controls.There are loops on the ends of the straps that you can place your hands through for comfort and also to add a little extra pressure to the massaging.It is an ideal device to use whilst working from home. I find my shoulders and neck get tense from sitting far too long at my desk and the relief that this massager provides helps to alleviate some of that.

This massager is a game changer in my household. My husband always complaints about his neck and back pain and he’s really felt a difference since I got him this. The other reason why i got this is because it can be used in the car too. We’ve recently taken this with us on a long drive and he’s never been so relaxed on a long drive. 100% recommend this to all friends/family. It’s easy to function, easy to use, massage quality is 10/10 and is not too heavy. The heat function really relaxes your muscles and the straps allow you to hold the massager.
