These are tiny, they provide no resistance. They seem perhaps like whistles with the "pea" removed. I doubt anyone could use them as a stop smoking aid. I felt when they arrived and I saw them that they were a waste of money.If you're buying them as a way to stop smoking or vaping, don't waste the money.
