This is the best litter I’ve used! My cat transitioned right away literally as soon as I filled his litter box. It not only is better for my cat but it makes cleaning out his litter box super fast, easy, and overall feels more sanitary. Clumping is excellent! It lasts longer than traditional types of litter. His box no longer has that lingering litter smell. You get a good amount of litter for a good price! I will definitely be sticking to this litter!🙌🏼

Choosing a decent cat litter which suits the needs of you and your pet is unfortunately always going to be down to trial and error, and probably just like many other cat owners, we had trialled many different types of litter. After receiving the "Nature's Calling" cat litter made from Walnut Shells to test, we were so impressed by it we subscribed and now receive the product monthly.However, even though on balance it works for us (cost, clumping, odour control etc.), the litter may not be acceptable for everyone. One of our cats is a Calico with pure white paws. After replenishing the litter tray and our cat using it for the first couple of times, she exits the tray with brown dust all over her paws, and then spends her time on extra grooming.

Perfect tumbling media for cleaning brass, a little bit dustier than the expensive branded alternatives, but doesn’t clog primer pockets and a 4kg will fill a standard tumbler at least twice for £10.Just hope the cat doesn’t find it..!

*UPDATED REVIEW*For honesty I've left the original review below.However now I've use dot for a bit I hate this litter and have stopped using it. I have a robot litter box and it empties into a bin with a bag automatically. So although the box is scooped all the time the waste is kept away in a sealed bin.However this is the only litter I've ever used that goes mouldy in the robots waste bin. Every time I change the bag it's all mouldy inside. It also stinks the house out unlike any litter I've ever used before. If you have a normal litter box that you scoop manually this might be good but for robot litter boxes you should avoid at all costs!I've tried every variation of cat litter trying to find something that was eco friendly but also efficacious.This litter has granules that look the size of instant coffee granules. The cats took to it straight away and there is much less tracking and sticking to their coats than any other litter I've tried.I use this in my PetKit robot litterbox and it works perfectly.It clumps really well and so far it's been brilliant.I tried pea litter before this and it took an hour to clean the robot litterbox as it solidified like cement! Don't have this issue with this walnut litter. This also seems to absorb smells much better than the pea litter and even the clay and they were scented as well! This is all natural and the odour absorption is superb.As a bonus this is substantially cheaper than the other eco litters if trialed.My cats are indoor cats and I like to lower my environmental impact wherever possible. Making small changes like this adds up and I don't feel guilty about having litter anymore.

Easing the best litter going… clumps really and there is absolutely no smell. Beats Catsan (the natural one) by a mile! Give it a go, you won’t regret it!

I've been using this cat litter for a little over a week now, and so far my impressions are mostly positive. A whole bag filled my cat's fairly large litter tray, and he adapted to it very quickly. It clumps together really effectively; both solid and liquids are clumped very well making it so easy to remove them without them breaking apart when scooped, so it gets top marks there as the usual litter I use, made from recycled paper pellets, doesn't clump at all.Odour control is okay but not brilliant, as it seems to let unpleasant smells through for longer than my normal litter does. It's not terrible, and once it's clumped and dried out it's fine, but it could be better.Because it has a consistency similar to sand, it does seem track easily, even with a mat around the litter tray designed to trap it.The price doesn't seem too bad either, though I'll wait and see how long the bag I've used actually lasts. I'll probably buy another bag as so far I'm impressed with the ease of scooping out waste compared to my normal one, but it'd be an easier decision If the odour control was better.
