A bit of a blast from the past for me - these used to be everywhere when I was at school. As good as I remember, these were used because it's easy to have nice handwriting when these are comfortable to hold and the ink flows nicely. Do think they are expensive however and as has always been the case, be careful of smudging for the first few seconds.

These, their black counterparts and Zebra AX7s are the only pens I really like to use. They don't last a long time and can be messy if you're left-handed but they leave a really satisfying thick, clear and crisp line.

Pleased with this pack of five black pens by pilot. Face pens are perfect addition to my desk and my children’s pencil cases. My children are year five and seven and now writing with pens. They like that these pens are ink like. They do smudge but do dry very quickly.Excellent value and quality pens would recommend and will get again. Just need to stop everyone else taking them in the house!
