the dough hook has a residue on it once cleaned, not a bad thing just annoying having to clean it twice. The machine itself is fantastic, not loud, great size bowl, pulse control, mixes cake batter really well.good value for money despite the negative of the dough hook

Just that it's ok. The quality isn't great it has very little weight to it so build quality itself is marginally below what I would deem average.The unit came in a well packed box with polystyrene on each end but removing it I noticed a small dent in the stainless steel bowl, this bowl also wasn't particularly heavy and has no handle which would make removal of said bowl easier once the mix was 'mixed' it would mean grabbing the bowl at the edge and makes it all kinda clumsy.Comes with a plastic lid with an open side to pour flour etc into without getting covered in dust but this just loosely places on the top and sits a bit loose.2x mixing paddles one whisk type and one dough hook.The lift/tilt button is a bit plasticky and feels cheap and the top unit/motor doesn't lift particularly high meaning yet again getting to the bowl is finicky.The motor itself sounds like a smaller type motor although it deals with mixing well.Certainly for the price £99.99, there are much better stand mixers out there. It's ok for a first time user where there is zero comparison to others, but if you were to do minimal comparing this would be a fail. Does it mix and do the job? Yes!

I like it. Made some sponge cake first. Gonna make some bread and more to.My only issue is idk if its the product or my wall sockets but i swere i felt a little shock from it while it was turnd on but i think theres something wrong with the wall sockets in my house anyways. It does have a labe saying like not touch it while its pluged in or something like that

This is my first stand mixer and I'm thrilled with it! I can see some areas which could be improved - done parts feel a bit delicate and plasticy but I haven't had any issues with performance at all, it mixes great and is very easy to use. It is quite small and light but I don't consider this a bad thing as it actually fits on my already overcrowded kitchen worktop. It looks quite smart and I find the parts are quite easy to clean which is great, as this was one of the things which put me off getting one sooner. Overall I'm impressed and happy to recommend this as a budget-friendly option!

Fatica con impasti "sodi", non "raccoglie" gli impasti morbidi
The media could not be loaded. Ho ordinato questa impastatrice grazie al Programma Vine di Bolo.Prodotto dalle dimensioni contenute arriva in una scatola in cui troviamo anche un libretto di istruzioni (italiano compreso) e i tre ganci: farfalla, frusta e "uncino".La ciotola è interamente realizzata in metallo ed il coperchio ha una apertura per poter inserire liquidi o farine durante l'impastamento.Sul lato destro della macchina è presente il pulsante da premere per alzare o abbassare il corpo motore e la manopola per attivare la macchina e regolarne la velocità da 1 fino ad 8.La capacità massima della macchina, secondo quanto riportato nelle istruzioni, è di 900 grammi. Come si vede dal video che allego a questa recensione, lavorando un impasto per pizza, dal peso complessivo di circa 800 grammi (500gr di farina e 300gr di acqua), la macchina non riesce a gestirlo e sforza molto.Per proseguire nella lavorazione, ho poi sostituito la farfalla con il gancio e sono riuscito a portare avanti la lavorazione, anche se con un risultato non soddisfacente. Sul risultato finale ha senz'altro influito anche il motore che, nello sforzo, si surriscalda molto e trasferisce il calore alla ciotola, compromettendone la resa.Inoltre, durante la fase di impastamento con il gancio, la macchina si muoveva molto non solo sul piano ma anche il corpo motore, sembrava quasi volersi staccare dal resto. Ho dovuta tenerla ben salda, con entrambe le mani, durante tutto il procedimento.Meglio, dal punto di vista dello sforzo, è andata la realizzazione di un impasto per biscotti anche se qui se ne sono evidenziati altri. Ho utilizzato la frusta per lavorare un impasto di poco peso/volume e la rotazione della frusta non era in grado di raggiungere correttamente ne i bordi, ne il fondo della ciotola, lasciando parti di impasto non lavorato per le quali sono dovuto intervenire "manualmente" con una spatola.Probabilmente il limite di 900gr è più gestibile da questa macchina con un impasto più liquido, come può essere quello di un ciambellone, mentre non ci sono altre soluzioni al secondo problema, se non l'intervento manuale.So che le macchine impastatrici hanno costi normalmente superiori a quello di questo prodotto e, probabilmente, la differenza di costo è quella che fa sì che questa macchina sia utile ma limitata ad alcune lavorazioni.Probabilmente se dovessi scegliere di comprare una macchina impastatrice, non mi soffermerei su questo articolo visto comunque il costo da sostenere; diversamente, qualora le vostre esigenze dovessero essere più rivolte a montare albumi, panna, ciambelloni o altre lavorazioni che richiedono uno sforzo minore, allora la macchina potrebbe essere una soluzione da valutare.
Perfect Mixer on a Budget
To be honest I have always wanted a stand mixer but sometimes they are rather pricey and bulky. Wow so happy to have found this. This stand mixer comers comes with 3 attachments , a mixing lid to keep your ingredients in the bowl, large enough mixing bowl, base with suctions. I love it. So far I have used this with no issues,. The base has from low 1-high 8 so it has a bit of power. I can say that I have a little bit of an issue removing the bowl but I am able to manage. This doesn't take up much counter space and looks pretty dang good! Great price would make a great gift item for a beginner baker. Accessories and bowl are dishwasher safe another big plus!!!
