This review is for "Youmang 3-Ball Incentive Spirometer Lung Exerciser - Adjustable Breathing Trainer for Post-Surgery Recovery, Respiratory Muscle Strengthening (600-1200 cc/sec)."This is not an adjustable device - it is your own breathing that is adjusted to achieve the different levels of performance, control and consistency in getting each 'level' of balls to rise.It is good exercise and provides an objective visual feedback which always helps with something so subjective as breathing. My six year old needs to use one of these and it is just as good as others we have seen and used.The price at time of review was around £13 which is a fair price. I only drop one star from my review as the instructions are not great.

My husband had a lung injury and was given a spirometer to monitor his recovery. This generic one is just as good and gives similar readings to the one provided by the hospital.The mouthpiece can be removed for cleaning.
Erfüllt seinen Zweck!
Wer nach einer überstandenen Lungenerkrankung oder im Rahmen eines Trainingsprogramms sein Lungenvolumen ein wenig verbessern möchte, ist mit diesem einfachen Lungentrainer gut beraten.Es handelt sich dabei um eine simple Konstruktion aus hartem Kunststoff, die nach einigem Üben für Erfolg sorgt. Die Bedienung ist einfach, die bunten Bälle müssen beim Einatmen langsam der Reihe nach nach oben gehoben und gehalten werden. Das ist anfangs nicht so einfach, gelingt aber nach einigen Versuchen sehr gut.Das Mundstück und der Schlauch können abgenommen und getrennt gespült werden. Das Hauptgerät muss nicht extra gereinigt werden, da beim Einatmen keine Feuchtigkeit entsteht und das Gerät von innen nicht beschlagen kann.Es liegt nur eine englische Bedienungsanleitung bei, die man vor Gebrauch sorgfältig lesen sollte.
Un espirómetro de muy baja calidad de construcción. No funciona
Pues he quedado bastante desilusionado y decepcionado con este espirómetro. Mi mujer tiene una capacidad pulmonar plena,no fuma,y está perfecta de salud,y goza de una capacidad pulmonar fuerte,capaz de soplar muy fuerte. Yo,en mi caso,mi padre tuvo enfisema pulmonar muchos años hasta que se fue,y estoy cansado de probar espirómetros,bien por jugar con ellos,bien en serio para pruebas medicas como mi análisis de cada año de la empresa. Pues bien,según soples de fuerte,según tu capacidad pulmonar,subirán una bola,2,o las 3 si gozas de una salud envidiable. Con este espirómetro no se consigue ni si quiera subir la primera,la cual es bastante fácil de subir,con lo que o está defectuoso,o no saben hacer este aparato. No me ha gustado nada la experiencia,producto nada recomendable,le pongo una estrella porque parece ser lo que es,pero no hace lo que tiene que hacer. Espero haber sido de ayuda. Gracias!!

Très bon outil pour améliorer la capacité respiratoire !
Ce spiromètre à 3 balles est simple, efficace et bien conçu. Il permet de travailler la respiration en douceur, idéal après une opération, en rééducation ou simplement pour renforcer les muscles respiratoires. Les trois niveaux (600 à 1200 cc/s) permettent de progresser à son rythme. L’appareil est léger, facile à nettoyer et à utiliser quotidiennement.
