At 450mg per capsule for £6.29 this is not a bad formulation, but with a commonly recommended dose for collagen suppliments being between 1,000 to 10,000 milligrams per day (X2 of these being 900mg), it's quite a bit away from being a 5 star winner. It also irks me to see claims of lab testing, GMP approved etc without any means of checking the vailidity of the claim, which in this case is amplfied by the fact that these appear to be manufactured under the trading name of a Premium whisky business!

I've been taking these for a while, I am yet to see any major difference in my skin or nails but I also haven't had any negatives to taking them. Definitely a long term investment and useful for getting older and prolonging the visual aging process.
