I love that it makes cakes that are non gritty and taste as good as homemade 'normal' flour. A lot of gluten free flours have rice flour and I really don't like the texture.Also Cassava flour is also reputed to be excellent for gut health.The 2 pack is definitely value for money as you are not paying twice for postage.
