I bought this on recommendation from a content creator after I wasn’t really seeing any benefit of one of the roller-style models.I have personally found this to be far more effective.You can easily use the dial in the handle to adjust the depth for the pins.Build quality is great. Should be easy to keep clean!

It is a reasonable quality product for the price when on offer but it's important to note that whilst not exactly a disposable single use product, it does have a limited lifespan of 6-8 uses, meaning it's effectively £1.25-£1.60 per use and should be considered two-monthly product at best. They do not advertise this fact in the information on here but it is stated on the product once you've bought it...

Really easy to use
Easily Tangles With Hair, Otherwise Alright
This derma roller is alright at best, currently I'm using two different sizes for different purposes. The 1.5mm is being used for my scalp and it's not the greatest experience, the roller tangles with my hair even with careful use. Just keep that in mind if you're purchasing this for rolling your scalp.The second roller is 1.0mm and it's used for my face. Works wonders and I highly recommend it for that purpose.
A good tool for hair growth
I'm mainly using it to help with the absorption of my hair growth serums and to stimulate the scalp, and while it definitely takes consistent effort to see significant changes, I genuinely feel like my topical treatments are penetrating better. If you're serious about boosting your scalp health and are comfortable with at-home micro-needling, this is a fantastic tool for targeted treatment on the scalp. Just make sure you're super hygienic and follow all the usage instructions!
